”Staff were super friendly. Pool was clean snd kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good. Would stay again next time Im in town.”

”The hotel is tired and in need of major upgrades. The sheets and comforter were stained as well. We ended up leaving after only one night due to the cleanliness issues and the uncomfortable beds.”

”The staff is welcoming and nice. The property is very clean. The rooms are spacious and feature USB charging ports. I hope that in the future this hotel offers more savory vegan options besides fruit salad, cereal, hot oatmeal, and bread. I've enjoyed my stay here.”

”The property is conveniently located right off the highway. The check in process was easy snd quick. The lobby is small and the furnishings very tired. One elevator was broken leading to long waits. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana. It is clear that management is not enforcing its non-smoking policy.”

”Very clean, quiet, comfortable, safe and accommodating. The breakfast was nice, well kept up, and not overly crowded. We would definitely stay again. Only complaint was the parking was limited and when we returned from a party at 12am we had to find parking 1/4 mile away in an adjacent lot.”

”The property was in need of updating and repairs. The halls smelled of pet urine and there was a dirty diaper in the hall to greet us when we came off the elevator. I woke up at 4am with flea bites on my ankles. The room did not have hot water, we didn’t shower. There were dogs EVERYWHERE and it was clear that people lived at the hotel with their family and pets. The breakfast buffet was chaotic, dirty, and was clearly a space for residents living there. ”The staff are excellent. They helped me multiple times. It's clear they are dealing with fixing things up. Once they are done, the place will be amazing.”

”Hotel was closed for months. We were never notified. Called to find out increasing the number guest. Phone was answered by housekeeping who said the hotel wouldn’t be open until March. I guess Expedia was never notified by best western.”

”I was traveling with a germs phobic person so I was pleased after her inspection of the room that she felt it was clean. This was my second time at this location and the clean situation was better. The young man at check in was better. The quality of breakfast is still not good and they should use better quality coffee and food.
