”There were small roaches all around, when we got there our room was not ready.when I complain about the 2 hours late for our new room the lady in charge was very rude in front of other customers. The officer front office was locked all the time we have to stand up and know until someone will show up, this place is ridiculous, I am giving up on Expedia twice already very disappointed, last time was in Kissime/Orlando.
