”The property was exactly as advertised. The apartment was clean and spacious and had a great view. The location was central to everything we had planned for our trip. The in-room washer and dryer were very convenient. We also really enjoyed the pool after a day out. We appreciated the guidebook that was prepared in advance. We are hoping to return at the same time next year. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I highly recommend this property”

”The front desk staff member was great during check-in, but unfortunately the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. Expedia incorrectly charged us for two properties when we had only booked one for four people, and they have been very unhelpful in resolving the issue and refund. To make matters worse, the property we were given was not the one we originally selected when booking. On arrival, we noticed fingernails at the entrance, and the property itself was very dirty and dusty,...
