”Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot.”

”We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff was excellent, helpful and friendly.
We forgot our toothbrushes and promptly the staff located replacements , plus cold bottled water. We were very pleased.
The breakfast was tasty and delicious with a wide variety of breakfast items. A very conscientious employee was constantly replacing food and wiping all countertops while smiling and singing.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

”The property was clean and very well-maintained with modern amenities such as: remote controls for the air conditioner in each room. It was very quiet and in a great location. It was within walking distance to the beach. It was a family friendly place and had a huge, beautiful kitchen with plenty of seating. We had the best time there, and will definitely be returning.”

”Great location to board a cruise the following morning. The hotel restaurant was understaffed so it took significantly longer than anticipated but the food was good. The hotel lost water for a few hours and they passed out water bottles while it was being fixed.”

”The staff was not helpful at all, I stayed in a lower floor room, and the family above were careless about the kids they had with them. I came there to rest and enjoy the beach and well the resting part was horrible. With all the noise and jumping We did not sleep at all.
This was a stay over the $200 mark for such an unpleasant experience.”
