”Hotel was worn and tired. Door to balcony did not work to overlook the water. Lock was jammed or broken and building settling had prevented the door from functioning. Mold/ discoloration in bath and shower showcased the lack of care for maintenance and health. No blankets provided and a call to remedy was a person that did not deliver or resolve the issue. ”

”The staff were very professional and helpful! Wayne was an absolute Godsend! Our flight got us there super early and he was able to find us a room immediately after we arrived. The hotel was clean, the gym was efficient, and the breakfast was good. My only complaint is that there was dental floss left on the shower bar from the previous guest. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!”

”The hotel was very dog friendly/accomodating.We loved being able to bring thr dogs on the beach.Our room was very nice and clean but the floors were very deeply scratched and the couch had a stain which i covered with a sheet. I showed photos at the desk to ensure our well trained dogs were not blamed.There was only one of two elevators working and it was also down a few times during our stay. we were constantly waiting to get on since it was small and slow with lots of workers and guests...
