”Great property on the water at the Marina . 2 salt water swimming pools and a nice hot tub . Best to rent bikes and go the Stock Island for lunch or dinner. Also can rent kayaks at Stock Island. ”

”Room was clean, had lots of items that were paid forward like coffee, filters, cooking spray. Also has two beach chairs, sand play kit, and towels. My best advice is to take bug spray for the mosquitos…sadly, they ruined the trip for us.”

”The condo was very small, but fine for two people. The kitchen and bath were updated and very nice. Carpeting needs to go away. And the furnishings are in bad need of updating. We loved the balcony. It was so spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Headboard is the wrong size. Our property manager, Melanie, was so helpful and was quick to return our calls. Thank you! We love the Truman Annex and always stay there. This was our first time in the Shipyard Condos. We enjoyed it very much.”

”This place has everything you need. So close to restaurants and entertainment but so quiet. The pool is great. Free parking was a plus. Easy check in and out process. Natalie was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

”We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and well supplied with essentials. The property is well maintained and safe. We were able to use the included bicycles to get to most locations we wanted to go in old town. Southernmost point was a leisurely 15 min bike ride away. The property owner communicated well with us and answered all of our questions. The only thing we were not prepared for was the traffic noise. The unit does face a busy street, so you can hear vehicles...

”We love staying in the Shipyard and find it a fantastic location. This property was the best unit we’ve stayed in. Very clean and comfortable with awesome decor. One room is a little tight with the queen bed taking up most of the room but the bed and bedding were very comfortable so it was easy to forget. Highly recommended.”

”Was beautiful peaceful grounds! Wouldve liked a closer water view but was still very nice. Love the kitchen! The giant shower Jacuzzi tub was not in use so that was a little disappointing but we still enjoyed our stay in this lovely place.”

”Wonderful stay. Was not in the room much, except to sleep and used the pool and common areas a few times and, overall, Azul was just beautiful and should I return, I would stay here again.”

”My husband and I visit Key West every year. We don’t go to frequent Duval Street we go for the warmth of the sun, artist fairs, sunsets, our favorite restaurants and our favorite shops. My husband does go fishing with the guys once or twice. But we come back and feel as though we’ve been in paradise. When your husband is a farmer it does really seem like paradise 😂”

”Condo was in a quiet location, clean, and sufficient size for our family. Pool and small beach area was perfect and chairs and umbrellas always available. Communication with the property manager was great! Clear directions on access and check out. We would stay at this location again.”

”My first rental in Key West and it was amazing! The process to check in was full-service even with he challenges in flight delays. My friend and I had the best time and really enjoyed the property and location. 10/10 would recommend! Brian was an amazing help through the whole trip and helped make it so special! Will book again for our next Mother’s Day!”

”The location was wonderful and quiet. Great pool and views while at the pool. Nice garden view from the room. Easy drive to Duval Street and other attractions. The biggest downside is the very dated and worn furnishings.”

”Hotel was situated in perfect location, just few metres from the docks and most popular streets. But keep in mind Key West is place where people go party and drink a lot, so Duval street is very annoying place in the evening. Our room was very tiny and the carpet was wet in front of the bathroom when we arrived, and I understand it's a high-season but I would never again pay such high prices for that kind of room. For bigger family rooms price could have been ok. Good that they fixed the carpet...
