”The rooms at the Rocky gap Casino are big which are nice. And the bathrooms are large and nice, the toilets are low, however. The general cleanliness of the room was just mediocre, it could use a dusting and a good vacuuming. Great to have the casino on property. The view the outside and the outdoor accommodations are beautiful.”

”The staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel appeared clean but the staff uses really strong smelling cleaning supplies as if they are hiding odors. There were odd smells in the hallways and in our room at times. The carpet in our room was torn and dirty. The breakfast was not very good. The hotel was okay. We travel a lot and would probably choose another hotel next time we visit the area.”

”The staff was extremely good except the desk clerk working the daylight shift, who seemed rude and not very pleasant. The cleaning crews were very polite and helpful along with the ladies who served breakfast. The clerks Wendy and Renae were extremely gracious and helpful.”

”Very helpful staff and the property is in a very pretty location with trees everywhere, but also close to a ton of things. The main issue is this property is old, i mean really old. For example, the A/C works like you would expect a 50 year old A/C to work. I will stay here again.”
