”Comfortable rooms and staff were all great. Excellent breakfast too. We may have been unlucky but there were a number of events over the weekend we stayed so it was pretty noisy as there is an outside events area - also lots of noisy guests and door slamming! Not the hotels fault though and it’s a decent hotel and not to bad an area. Not enough outside space though in my opinion ”

”Nice hotel close to Karol Bagh Metro station and market area (only 5min walk). Friendly staff, clean and spacy rooms and fast room service. Negative was that hot water was only available when asking and there was no buffet breakfast available even it was advertised. For two nights stay it was good alternative anyway and can be recommended.”

”We stayed 3 nights at the New Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven the price is right and the service is really nice. The best thing was to met Jahn who helped us plan our trip through India. He made really good suggestions and showed us what is possible. Without him we wouldn‘t experience India completly. Just for him, his positivity and his effort to give us the full experience of India I would stay there again. No regrets to choose this place at all”

”The location is quite shady, but this is Delhi. Quite close to New Delhi railway station, but on the other side of the tracks than the metro station. A/C worked just a couple of random hours per day. There were a lot of hand prints on the walls, some might have even been blood :D The water pressure of the shower was ridiculously small and hot water didn't always exist. So, don't book this hotel if you're planning to do anything else than just sleep in it. And in that case, bring ear plugs.”

”Pros: The in hotel restaurant was good, clean, anf cheap. The rooms were clean and the staff incredibly friendly. Incredibly easy to book transport. Cons: cant order food to your room from outside sources. Outside can be loud (but thats everywhere in the city, not the fault of the hotel.) Cant have friends or guests inside the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. ”
