”This hotel left me totally speechless. No water pressure in shower, had to go to the gym for shower. Gym was in awfull outdated dirty condition. Lockerroom was even worse. Then got a fine for parking. When checking in, I had to leave the vehichle registration number but I was never informed by the check in person that parking is chargeable. Why should I ever visit this hotel again?”

”My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Shrigley hall and it was the perfect getaway for us. The hotel is absolutely stunning, outside and in. We also bought access to the spa (which is separate to booking the hotel room), and that was a great experience for us as we enjoyed the various pools, hot tubs, steam rooms etc. and the bar that was attached to it.”

”Crewe Hall is absolutely stunning — the grounds and historic architecture are breathtaking, and the whole place has such a romantic, luxurious vibe. The staff were polite and helpful, and the atmosphere felt really special, perfect for a weekend getaway. The only downside was that we were allocated a disabled-access room, which felt a little unusual given that we hadn’t requested one.
