South Mauin täydellinen studio-huoneisto; siinä on kaikki mitä tarvitset ja on kaunis käynnistää. Täysin uusittu laadukkailla materiaaleilla, kauniilla, viihtyisällä huonekalulla ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu. Tilan käyttö on ollut niin harkittua ja toteutettua, tämä kulmayksikkö tuntuu paljon suuremmalta kuin se on. Peilattu olohuoneen seinä tuo näkymät yksikköön. Nauti elokuvasta tai suosikkinäytöistäsi seinään asennetussa taulutelevisiossa (täydentävä kaapeli ja DVD). Keittiö on täysin varusteltu, valmiina ruoanvalmistukseen ruokailuun - graniitin päällä olevalla saarella on kaksi verhoiltua ulosteet juuri tätä tarkoitusta varten, ja Lanai on mukava istua kahdelle trooppisessa ruokasarjassa. Näkymä on varjostettu, hyvin kaunis puisto, jossa on houkuttelevia peeksejä merelle - se on hurmaavan, rauhallisen, nuorentavan ulkopuolella. Huoneisto toivottaa tervetulleeksi kaksi vierasta, joissa on queen-size, tyyny-top Murphy-vuode ja kaunis, marmorinen kaakeloitu suihkukaappi, jossa on nurkka. Lomakeskuksessa on uima-allas, grillausasema, piknik-alue ja lukuisia lepotuoleja - kaikki rannan edessä! Sijainti on keskeinen, joten se on helpoin tutustua tähän trooppisen saaren paratiisiin. Much needed getaway

As a longtime visitor to Maui, I always relish he chance to return. I grew up vacationing on Sugar Beach when there were very few condo complexes (Think early '70s). It was good to be back and away from the hustle and bustle. Most mornings, I was the only person on the beach! The beach is perfect for smaller children as the sand is great for building castles and the water is usually very calm. The complex itself is quiet and well situated to go anywhere on the island. This was a solo-recharge trip for me... absolutely the right choice. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Management checked in with me after my arrival and again once I returned home. The condo was well appointed and had everything I needed. 10/10 recommend.

A quaint, no frills and no hassle studio apartment for 2

My wife and I were looking for a low-key, jumping-off point to reach all parts of Maui for our 6 day stay and this place did not disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay in this little studio. It was very well stocked with all you would need - towels, linens, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, etc. Having beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella and even a boogie board to throw in the car for our daily jaunts was fantastic. The full sized murphy bed was comfy and while we didn't watch any TV while we were there, it was nice to have the option. We looked forward to breakfasts out on the lanai in the morning while looking over the lawn and watching the water out to the left. And each night walking along the beach after sunset was beautiful. A few little nitpicks - while the place did not feel dirty, the bathroom and kitchenette windows were a little cruddy and the washer/dryer unit has maybe seen it's day as it was not very effective in cleaning our clothes. Also, the sink disposal unit was not working (we do not use a disposal at home so it was no big deal but instructions on how to use it were provided so we tried and found it not to be working). If you know what to expect when you arrive here, then you'll be perfectly happy with the accommodations. We were and would stay again the next time we are in Maui.

Cleaning issue

Found a few towels and a bathroom doormat in a washer dryer when I checked in. It was not very pleasant to see a doormat especially. The flat itself was clean, but the incident was very unpleasant. The pictures show as the flat is bigger with the big mirror on the wall. But I guess I didn't check carefully enough. I also didn't see the folding bed carefully. It would be good if the flat description states about the folding bed.

Maui retreat

The property worked out very well for us. The kitchen had everything we needed for the cooking we did. We used the great lawn area every day as there both sunny and shaded areas all along their beach front. Note, that there is a coral reef right out front but swimming off the beach in front of the canoe club next door we found only sand. Also, unit 309 is close to the road and road noise is an issue. But shut the doors and windows and turn on the ac and we slept great.

Great Location!

Location was great! Property manager responded quickly and was very friendly. Only thing a bit off was that the couch smelled dirty, it is fabric so it’s hard to clean. I had not realized from the listing that it was a studio style condo, so the bed is right in the middle of the living room. Not a big deal as we didn’t spend too much inside anyways. Just an FYI in case you need more space. Really enjoyed that its right off the beach and you can hear the waves if you open the sliding door.

We had a great time! It was the perfect location if you want to do multiple parts of the island. The view was great. If you aren’t use to a busy road, I can see how it could be loud. I am use to traffic so it didn’t both us.

Amazing stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved everything about this condo and complex. The condo was on the third floor, and once you got down to the first floor, the beach was just a few steps away. Could not have asked for a better place! Mahalo!

Didn’t spend the night-way too noisy

We were excited about our stay in Kihei but very disappointed when we entered the studio apartment. The unit was located in a small corner of the building and close to a very busy highway (like 50 ft away). The room was much smaller than we anticipated from the pictures and quite frankly we would have probably felt depressed and crammed would we have stayed. The noise from the road was unacceptable to us and we contacted the manager soon after we checked in. Check-in was at 4 and the on-site manager‘s office was supposed to close at 4:30. We checked in promptly at 4 but found the manager’s office already closed. If the manager had not left early that day, we could’ve resolved the issue right away. Instead, we texted her to the numbers that were provided to us. We stated that we were unhappy with the unit and it’s location. We did not get any help or assistance until almost 4 hours later. At that point we had made other arrangements and left the condo that night. ( The manager had eventually approved for us to switch units away from the road, but we had already made other arrangements by that time). We went in the next morning to speak with the manager who unfortunately was the opposite of friendly and hospitable. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this unit or the manager.

Destination Maui Vacations KR309

We had a wonderful stay! Right on the beach, quiet, clean, and close to Kihei if we wanted to explore. They provide a full kitchen, beach chairs, cooler, and accessories to take with us to enjoy the water and sun, with plenty of linens and towels for comfort and convenience as well. 8 out 10 and will definitely stay there again on a return trip to Maui.

This property was perfect for two people looking for a more local experience. We used mopeds to get places since we are not in walking distance to most things- but we enjoyed that. The view is spectacular and the beach was wonderful. Highly recommend this place if you have your own transportation (parking was easy and free as well).

Great location

The location was great and the room was nicely updated. The building itself could use a little update. The elevator was out the first two nights of our trip. The AC unit was also outdated and unfortunately there was no real good way to direct the airflow so it was constantly hitting me all night, meaning I was either freezing or hot. Aside from that, my wife and I really enjoyed it. You’re literally steps away from the beautiful beach and the balcony has a great view.

Relaxing Stay

We had an amazing vacation and the location was perfect. The beach was a stones throw away and the whole beach was practically ours. Very Little foot traffic on the beach located directly in front of the condos as well as to the right. It was a 10 minute walk from Restaurants/bars/shopping. 10/10 would recommend and will start again.

Perfect for those on a moderate budget

This place was perfect! It had everything--and I mean everything--we needed for our stay. Lots of towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and even a boogie board! We wanted a condo so we could cook our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed to make that possible. The location was great, right on the beach and smack in the middle of the island so you're close to everything. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

Kealia 309 is awesome!!

First, the resort is right on the beach, well kept, super quiet and has the nicest green area with a gorgeous tree and amazing view of the ocean. It's literally the first resort as you enter Kihei. Sherry, the manager, is super nice and accommodating. When I entered unit 309, I was so happy. Super clean, ac on, nicely remodeled with quality materials...granite counters ...and the furniture was cute. Felt like home and not like some beach condos tend to be. The bed is so comfortable. I did not expect that one of these hidden wall beds could be this comfortable. The sheets were so nice, soft and nice weight to them, that I intended to check their brand, but forgot. The kitchen has everything you need for small meals prep and everything looks new and clean. Also blender and toaster. All appliances look new. The coffee machine was not working so I told Sherry and expected a new one the next day or so, but she literally ran to the store and got a new one right away. The washer/drier in the bathroom are so handy and there was a complimentary bag of Tide pods. The lanai is perfect and I spent a lot of time there. Nice big TV for the little bit of time I was not enjoying the outdoors. The view from the lanai is beautiful and from the grassy area is amazing. I laid by the beach most of the day and stayed way passed sunset because the view is so gorgeous. It felt wrong to stay indoors with so much beauty to see from the property and the beaches nearby. I did not have a car so Sherry told me right away about ABC store, farmer's market and the amazing Sugar Beach Bakery, all within walkikg distance. I found everything I needed there but enjoyed walking on the beach all the way to center of Kihei when I wanted to eat out or visit other beaches. The unit had a couple of new rolls of toilet paper, Tide pods for laundry, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, a basket full of toiletries, iron and ironing board, bath towels, beach towels etc, just like a hotel. This studio was perfect for me! Works great for a couple also. Trash shoot in each floor was so helpful. Great parking if you have a car and I believe it's free. I will definetelly go back to Kealia 309!

Exceptionally clean & high quality apartment

The apartment was exceptionally clean and clutter free. The apartment has a great quality kitchen with nice appliances - made cooking feel like you were just in your own house. The bed is comfortable, and the sofa is really comfortable - felt like someone had done the house up very nicely for themselves and we were staying in it. You look over a little park that then turns into the beach. It was great to be able to pop back and forth between the apartment and the beach. Loved the pool facilities as well.
