Tämä huoneisto on kunnostettu ammattimaisesti, näkymä trooppiseen puutarhaan ja siitä on osittainen merinäköala.
Aikuisiin suuntautuneessa yksikössämme on kaksi suurta taulutelevisiota, huippuluokan trooppisia huonekaluja, mukaan lukien KING BED & Queen -sohva, Tommy Bahama -pöytä ja monia laadukkaita taidetta.
Mukana on myös ilmainen kaapeli-TV ja langaton internetyhteys, joten tuo langattomat laitteet.
Yksikkömme sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla lomakeskuksessa, ilman tien melua. Se on helppo 3 minuutin kävelymatka "Kam III" -rannalle tai 1 minuutti uima-altaille ja kylpylöille.
Päivitetty keittiö on kokin ilo ja varustettuna päivittäiseen käyttöön. Paljon ruokia, keittiöastiat, keittiövälineet, leivänpaahdin, kahvipavut ja kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, veitset jne. Meillä on myös ylimääräinen viinijääkaappi.
Laitteessa on uusi pesukone ja kuivaaja, jossa on silitysrauta ja -lauta avuksesi.
Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Lisäksi jaamme retkille rantapyyhkeitä, sateenvarjoa, jäähdytinä ja Tommy Bahama Beach -tuoleja.
Laatoitettu ulkoterassi Lanai sopii erinomaisesti auringonlaskun juomiin tai aamubrunssi. Nauti myös loistavasta tuulensuojasta lukittavan etuoven turvasuojuksen oven turvassa.
Lomakeskuksen mukavuuksiin kuuluu hyvin hoidettu tontti, mutkittelevat reitit rantaan ja uima-altaisiin, kaksi kylpytynnyriä (yksi on vain aikuisille), lasten kahluuallas, kuntosali, neljä tenniskenttää, grillipaikat ja kävelytiet kävelylle. Hotellissa on uima-altaan aktiviteettitiski, josta voit varata saarelle suuntautuvia retkiä.
Se on kävelymatkan päässä kaupoista, ravintoloista ja mailia maailmanluokan rannoista. Muita lähellä olevia aktiviteetteja ovat maailmanluokan golf, snorklaus, kehon surffaus, melontalento, melonta ja veneilyseikkailut, kuten valaiden katselu, sukellus, kalastus, illallisristeilyt jne.
Muut paikan päällä olevat ilmaiset asiat: ilmainen aamiainen uima-altaalla ensimmäisenä täytenä päivänä Mauissa; uima-altaan reunalla Mai Tai -juhlat joka keskiviikko iltapäivällä, live-havaijilaisella musiikilla ja tanssilla.
Aulassa on TÄYDENTÄVÄ kahvia ja klo 7–9, ja sanomalehti on saatavana päivittäin uima-altaalla.
Osoitettu pysäköintitilamme on lähellä yksikköä.
Tarjoamme myöhäisiä uloskirjautumisia, jotka ovat puolet yöpymishinnoista yli 7 päivän oleskelua varten.

We had a lovely stay in this condo. It’s the perfect location in the complex for the pool but still really quiet. We prefer being on the ground floor too. The kitchen had lots of condiments for us to use which was really helpful not having to buy too much for a holiday. The beds were really comfy and my daughter said the sofa bed was the best she’s slept on! We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella too! It was easy to check in and great communication with the owner. You can walk down to the beach in 5 minutes and Kihei is a great location for access to the rest of the island.

Amazing Maui Stay

The location of this property couldn’t be more perfect. You are close to the pool so if you need anything from your condo, it’s a right there. Bottom floor so you have an open green space right off your back deck, with an ocean view in the distance! The location to the ocean is so prime. 5 mins walk and your toes are in the sand! Gwen and Dennis have provided a cooler, all the beach gear you can think of, chairs/towles/goggles and more for their guests. The communication was excellent with them. They were very pleasant to coordinate with :) thanks again!

Superb choice!

This condo is clean and modern and in an awesome location, just a short walk to Kam 3. We loved the ground floor location, which made it so easy to go to the pool, less than a minute walk from the condo. The resort is so pretty with manicured grounds and many beautiful flowers. The condo is super well equipped, with everything you could need in the kitchen. We also appreciated having spices and oils we could use. We had a late flight home and were able to pay for a late check out time. The ability to do this added a whole day onto our vacation! Gwen was an excellent host; easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is considering renting it!

Love everything about this beautiful home!

Beautiful condo! Our favorite spot to stay! The apartment location is very convenient with its own patio with the most beautiful view. The pool area, gym and renting booth is 30 seconds away. The beach is right across the street! The hosts were very welcoming leaving a welcome gift and a sweet note! Had everything we would need including beach supplies and snorkeling gear. Definitely recommend for a family vacation home! Can’t wait to be back!

We had a great vacation in Maui. The condo was fantastic, beautiful furnishings with a Hawiian theme. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and more. As soon as the groceries were put away, it felt like we were home.

Amazing stay

Me and my husband came for our honeymoon. The space we rented from Gwen and Dennis was so lovely. the check in process was easy. Just a quick walk to the beach, whether to hang out there for the day or just to see the sunset. The pool is very close to the room and it was amazing having a first floor unit. Gwen and Dennis were so nice to deal with and left a few goodies as a welcome gift! They have most of the amenities you will need for the week! The only recommendation I have is if possible stop by the condo before going grocery shopping to ensure you don’t have to go back out again, or buy stuff that they already have!

Great, relaxing ground floor condo. Perfect for family trip

We were traveling with family for this visit and had family members staying in several condos in building 5. We loved this location (both in Kihei and in the complex). Being on the ground floor makes coming and going particularly easy, while the condo itself was a great place to relax and meet with other family members during our trip. We spent much of the time on the lanai, as it was very comfortable to sit and chat or just watch the sun go down. The trade winds cooled the condo nicely, though the AC also helped take the heat out of the air at times. Communication with Gwen was AMAZING. She was really on top of things and provided great information before and during our trip. Of the three condos our family stayed in during this trip, Gwen was the first to inform us of some planned, complex-wide, work that was going to have to be done while we were there and checked on us to make sure that all was well. This condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. This was a great condo and we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all. Thanks Gwen!

Kam Sands Vacay

The property was just as described and was stocked with everything we needed to feel at home with during our family vacay! We were pleasantly surprised to arrive to a thank you note and welcome gifts. Our friends were staying in other units in bldg 9 and there’s weren’t nearly as nice as this one. The location of our unit had a beautiful morning view and a huge grass lawn steps away from the pool. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but the cabinets were loaded with enough stuff to host a party. I was initially concerned about not having central air (just a wall unit in the family room) but between the ceiling fans and the wall unit it was surprisingly comfortable. Would recommend this property and plan to return in the future!

Family getaway

I booked this 1-br condo at the last-minute for my daughter, her fiancé, and 15-month old grandson. We loved the fact that it is a floor-level condo in Building 5, allowing my grandson to play in the grassy area. It is also steps to the swimming pool and one of the BBQ areas. The only thing that was unsatisfactory for my daughter’s stay was the washer. There was a sign posted on the washer indicating that they fixed it to the best of their ability. Still, it was an extremely frustrating process for her to be able to wash clothes efficiently. Other than that, they enjoyed their stay in the condo and would rent again.

We love this place. Everything was perfect. Very clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Everything we needed was there. The unit was beautifully remodeled with attention to detail and had nice furniture. We enjoyed the patio with a peekaboo view of the ocean. The condominium complex is well managed, and their swimming pool was nice. The complex is located across the street from a beach. We could walk to the beach in 5-10 min. We enjoyed our stay so much. Wonderful and Clean Place to Stay

This is an excellent place to stay! Check in process was made simple by the owner. She answered all of my questions, including questions I didn't know I had. I would stay here again. Beach in front of the condo was wonderful. You can walk to plenty of places to eat. Just overall, a wonderful and clean place to stay.
