Kihei Bay Surf -yksikkö 144 on kauniisti uusittu studio, joka voi nukkua jopa 3 queen-vuode ja kuningatar Tommy Bahama vuodesohva. Yksikkö sijaitsee kätevästi alemmalla tasolla, ja lanai on näkymä altaalle. Tämä kaakeloitu yksikkö on ilmastointi (ikkuna yksikkö), täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa täydellinen liesi, uusi ruostumatonta astianpesukone ja kaakeloitu työtasot. It was a good stay, its apartments so your dealing with neighbors who dont know how to mind their own buisness. The toilet wouldnt flush during our stay but the manager was good about sending someone right away. We couldnt opt out of having maintenance come while we were gone which we didnt like too much. It was very close to the beach and we could walk over. I would stay again.

Location was amazing, within walking distance to beach access. The bed was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Just be careful leaving any food on the counter/stove, even in containers as we ended up with bugs in our bread (ants got through sealed with plastic wrap, stored on counter) and in our dinner (roaches in a skillet on the stove) within minutes of sitting down to eat.

This property was great for just my boyfriend and I. We didn’t need a ton of space between the two of us plus you don’t go to Maui to stay in side so it was perfect for what we needed. We took out the trash every day to avoid pest issues as we saw in previous posts so that seemed to keep them away for us. So many little amenities were included which was a nice little surprise that wasn’t mentioned in the original post. We loved that they had chairs and a cooler for us to use during our stay and we made the most out of using them. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. We loved the calmness of this side of the island and the fact that there was a beach just right across the street was great. It’s also a sea turtle resting spot so you are likely to see a sea turtle depending on when you go.

The unit is just across the road from a beautiful park and beach and is also conveniently located near the main shopping area of Kihei. The unit itself is right next to the pool and the complex management cleans the pool area every day at 7:30am until about 9:30am. The gardeners also start work at about that time. This made it almost impossible to have a quiet, enjoyable morning on the lanai

Overall, the location was good; near the start of Kihei as you move to Wailea. The unit itself was ok; the A/C was great, parking was a little tight, the bed was fine, and the water pressure in the shower was adequate. All in all, nothing negative except for the small pest issue. This may be more property than unit. Living on Oahu, I understand pest issues but, if I have to use my own money for pest control, then that's a detractor. Hopefully, they can get that resolved.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen: Sie liegt an der Hauptstraße und es ist trotzdem ruhig. Genau gegenüber über der Straße befindet sich ein schöner Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man kann sich dank der Küche sehr gut versorgen.

Nice and quiet room in a perfect location in Kihei. Located right across the street from the beach it was very comfortable. At first we had issues with the TV remote not synced with the cable, they came out and fixed the remote. Also the sheet we had at first smelled like body oder, but they came and changed that too. You can hear the people above you walking around but not too bad. The dishwasher seemed to be haunted because it came on twice by itself, creepy. The shower head needs to be updated. The kitchen had 99% of cooking items you needed except for measuring cups. It also came with beach equipment like chairs, towels etc… They need to update the laminated TV instructions or just get rid of them. Overall we had a nice stay.

we had a great time. Turtle and whale sanctuary right across the street. Convienient for my daughter and I. The pool guy accused us of breaking a rule, we didnt. Other than that I would be happy to stay here again. Cute and cozy. right at the pool for your convienience. Nice hot tub.
