Beautiful View & Condo w/ Minor Issues

Overall, we had a great time staying in this condo. The view was perfect and we really enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach every day. The property management team was also great at communicating. We did experience a few minor issues during our stay. I reported termites on the second day we were staying there and the issue was never addressed - the pile of termite droppings got larger by the day. Additionally, if you are a light sleeper you should definitely bring ear plugs - the roosters start making noise around 3am. Note, the window above the headboard is extremely thin so be prepared to hear people walking by and the traffic on the adjacent street. There also is very little air flow in the bedroom so if you are a warm sleeper you may want to sleep above the covers or in the living room. Lastly, it was a disappointment that we were not informed that there would be extensive construction in the parking lot during the entirety of our stay. There was nowhere to park our car several nights in a row. This is something that should have been communicated at the time of booking or as soon as the property management team was aware that it would be happening.

Great view- ok location

You can’t see a good sunset from this location. The furniture was terribly uncomfortable and the bed was lopsided. There were 2 cars one night where someone tried to siphon gas from their cars. Can’t walk to any stores from this address either. Nice pool-

Our cute, clean condo had stunning views and easy beach access in a quiet area. Ideal location for exploring Maui and not crowded. Sometimes we had the beach to ourselves. It was perfect.

Manta ray play

The location of the condo was great! Right in the middle if everything . Great farmers market right across the street. We watched manta rays playing right in front of the condo! Great place to stay!

Amazing vacation

We just returned after 10 amazing days in this beautiful condo. Everything was perfect from the beginning. Before arriving we sent a basic grocery shopping list via Maui Grocery and we got all delivered to our room. Is not really cheap but having the fridge well stocked after a long flight and getting there late at night it was well worth it. The condo is perfect, clean and very conveniently located. Is a short 15 minutes drive to Wailea and the best beaches. If you don’t want to drive you can enjoy the beautiful beach in front of the building. Is so quiet like you have your own private beach.Listening to the waves crashing day and night is a dream come true! The management is very helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely return. Mahalo for everything!

Loved the location and the condo. Fantastic location to everything that you will want to do. Loved the bakery and shave ice across the street. The grill area was very nice also. Just a perfect location

A beautiful spot in paradise

Be prepared for a lot of in person contact. If that's not your thing, it can be a lot. But the location was wonderful, the view was gorgeous, the beach was clean. Definitely give it a 5 star!!!

Can't say enough good things

Location: Quiet, perfectly placed between Lahaina and Wailea. Tucked into the bay. Lots of Whales in the morning 3/17-3/28. We just made it in time for the end of whale season. Beautiful views no obstructions while watching the ocean. Right across the street there is a farmers market, a convince store (a little over priced but certainly handy), great little bakery, The islands best shaved ice (plan for a long line) and a little gift shop as well. 15 mins from the area that has most of your large retailers, Target, Wal-Mart etc. Unit: Very clean. The owners and management company clearly put in a lot of effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Nice furniture different types of pillows, lots of blankets, plenty of towels for the shower and beach. Fans in the closet. I found every cooking item I needed. The beds were comfortable (even the pull-out couch) The view from the terrace is truly amazing. I liked that it wasn't a big/busy unit. The pool is modist size but we didn't have any issues getting a chair or having space to swim. Beach: The beach was a really nice strech of soft sand. Being in the bay it wasn't clear enough for snorkeling but the water was always warm and my son had a great time with the boogy board. Laundry: There is no washer or dryer in the unit but the washers and dryers on the premises were good. The room was clean and they had two washers and two dryers. Both units were very efficient. $1.00 to wash $1.00 to dry, unless you use the heavy duty washing machine, that cost $1.50. I've used dryers before that i had to add more coins to actually get the clothes dry and this DID NOT require that! Overall, it was a fabulous time had by all. I would highly reccomend this unit and resort.

Relaxing Vacation

We enjoyed this property. The view is incredible from the lanai, gorgeous sitting out there with the ocean view. The beach is very quiet, hardly anyone on it which was great. The condo had beach chairs which were comfortable. The wind picks up in the afternoon so we would head out sightseeing. The sand on the beach is packed by the water so perfect for running. The complex is quiet and well maintained. The location is convenient. The bakery across the street was excellent! It was nice having the extra bathroom. Lots of lounge chairs on the property, never a problem getting one. Very nice stay and condo!

Amazing view and location!

My husband I came here for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and it was perfect! We LOVED our balcony with the ocean view right there. We enjoyed early mornings on the balcony with coffee and the full moon over the water, watching the early morning rowing teams, then we would go for a long beach walk, followed by some sunning in the lawn chairs on the lawn. The location is pretty central on the island, so easy to stay in Kihei, or go to Wailea, Lahaina, Kaanapali, etc. for the day/evening. At first we were chasing sunsets at other restaurants, but then realized that our own condo was AMAZING. We often played cribbage on the deck, watched the sunset, and used a candle to play in the dark while listening to the waves. We slept with the balcony doors open so we could hear the waves crashing while in bed... SO soothing! Also loved that there was a farmers market and small convenience store right across the street. We will def do this again!

Beautiful view from balcony

We had a great 5 days In Maui. Our place was very clean and comfy. The views from the balcony are amazing. The beach was perfect for sitting and walking. We would stay there again

Great location, great condo

Perfect condo, great view, great location. Minutes away from everything we wanted to do but still peaceful and quiet. We’ll definitely consider staying here again or using this rental agency again. They were very responsive with questions. We had a great time!!

Beautiful view but bring earplugs

Loved the condo: included everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs and cooler. However, roosters across the street start crowing every night at 4am for several hours. Earplugs are a must.

Best location and very clean property.

Very convenient. You can just walk to the beach within 3 mins from the property. Farmers market is just across the street, especially fresh fruits, tastes totally different. I would come back and stay at this property again. You won’t regret. Mahalo!

Our March/April 2021 Stay

Always leery of reserving vacation condos/homes online per pictures, we were truly pleased with our Condo! It was exactly as pictured, things listed as provided were indeed, and the actual ocean view pictures, the 50 feet from the beach, the pool, lawn, laundry facilities were exactly those stated. The property was very clean and quiet, and Mark whom we ran in to often as we sat in the designated smoking area was a wealth of local information.TY Mark! The office was also helpful when we arrived and provided vehicle information for parking. Super convenient location no matter which way you might travel for other activities outside of Kihei, as well as NUMEROUS things to do within 10 miles, including great places to eat, live music, shopping, Maui Ocean Center and our favorite was an ABC store, gift shop (small) and famous Ice Shaving shop directly across the street! Would and will definitely recommend this property to out numerous Alaska friends who vacation in Maui annually. thank you for a wonderful 15 days..includng the easy to get evening checkout as our flight didnt leave until 9pm. Also, included in our rental price was a new clean full set of towels, linens, lotion, soap, shampoo, kitchen towels and paper towels after our initial 7 days if you were staying longer. There were roosters/chickens across the street by the stores that were fun to watch and the beach was clean and we had many miles we could walk either way - as well as Canoe Club practices right in front of the property on the ocean, kite surfers, paddle boarders, etc. Never a dull moment to sit on the lanai and watch! Sunsets from this property were insanely gorgeous! Mahalo!

Location! Location! Location! What an awesome spot this condo is located. Central to everything on the island. The 2 bathrooms with only 1 bedroom was absolutely PERFECT! I would come back tomorrow in a heartbeat!
