Suuri Oceanfront 2 Br / 2 Bath - kalenteri 2019 nyt alennettu!

Mielestämme huoneisto on kaikki mitä etsit täydellisen loman. # 214 sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa; riittävän lähellä maata, jotta voit katsella paikallista lintu- ja viiriäistä toimintaa koko kiinteistön alueella, ja kuitenkin riittävän korkeat, jotta he voivat tarjota laajat näkymät merelle, värikkäille vesiurheilulajeille ja ryhävalaille, jotka rikkovat kauden (joulukuu-huhtikuu). Jokainen auringonlasku on erilainen ja se voidaan nähdä eri näköalapaikoista joko yksityiseltä lanaisilta olohuoneesta tai makuuhuoneesta.

Tämä huoneisto on suurin pohjapiirros käytettävissä; älä pidä huijata, vaan katso tätä tarkasti - useimmat Kauhale Makain 2BR / 2Bath -yksiköt ovat 799 neliömetriä. Vain muutama yksikkö, kuten meidän, molemmissa makuuhuoneissa, jotka ovat suoraan merelle päin, ovat 975 neliömetriä. Se, mitä maksat yksiköstä, ei korreloi siihen, mitä saat, joten katso tarkasti, mitä kokoa saat. Olemme tehneet laajan remodeling-projektin, johon osallistuu koko yksikkö. Voit nauttia kauneudesta, sisältä ja ulkoa. Se on niin rauhallinen ja yksityinen täällä.

Tämä huoneisto nukkuu 6 ja mukavat vaihtoehdot joko kahdelle pariskunnalle tai perheelle. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Molemmissa huoneissa on päämakuuhuone, josta on näkymät Tyynellemerelle, Länsi-Mauin vuorille, naapurisaarille ja Ma'alaea-satamaan. Jokaisessa on oma erillinen kylpyhuone. Perhevaihtoehtona King-vuode valmistetaan etukäteen kahdeksi erilliseksi vuoteeksi. Olohuoneessa oleva queen-ulosvedettävä vuodesohva on uusi ja erittäin mukava kehittyneellä patjateknologialla (patja on 8 1/2 "paksu, yhtä paksu kuin tavallinen patja).

Kokeneet Havaijin lomanviettäjät arvostavat hiljaista, keskeistä ilmastointia; harvinainen hyödyke Condon komplekseissa Kiheissä. Tämä tekee todella mukavamman oleskelun.

Tämä on täydellinen paikka rentoutua tai pelata koko päivän. Toimitamme boogie-levyt, ilmapatjat, rantalelut, rantatuolit ja -varjot, rantapyyhkeet ja jäähdyttimet. Monenlaisia ravintoloita ja viljelijän markkinoita on kilometrin päässä huoneistoista. Lähistöllä on ostoskeskuksia, jotka vaihtelevat myyntipisteistä maailmanluokan putiikkeihin - ja golfia Waileassa. Maailman tunnetut rannat ovat vain muutaman minuutin päässä.

Viimeisenä, mutta ei vähäisimpänä, vuokrata tämä huoneisto on ainutlaatuinen kokemus palvelusta ja viestinnästä. Omistaja Margie ei toimi hallintoviraston kautta varausprosessin kautta, vaan saa kaiken viestinnän ennen loman aikana ja loman aikana. Margie is an excellent host!! Great communication! The condo is beautiful with stunning ocean and mountain views off both balconies! Great beach to walk on and nice pool and hot tub. Was wonderfully quiet and relaxing if that’s the vibe you want. Close to stores and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and it was above our expectations by offering beach chairs, towels, and beach goodies which came in handy. Lots of supplies in the kitchen too. Only complaint is that we had to leave!!

Delightful stay in Kihei

Margie's home is wonderful. Very comfortable and nicely appointed. The views from every room are wonderful and the unit it quiet being situated away from the pool. And if you are a cook like I am, wanting a condo in order to eat in frequently, you will be very pleased. I stay in Vrbo places frequently and have never stayed in one where the kitchen was so well supplied with everything you could need to make a complete dinner. I never looked for anything that I could not find. I also particularly liked that it was just a bit north of the main Kihei action but close enough for easy access. Now I'm just trying to figure out how soon I can go again!

We met our daughter, son-in-law and grandson for an all too brief Maui vacation. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay at Margie’s place. Margie’s “Maui Bliss” is truly bliss! We arrived after dark and will always remember the thrill of opening the curtains the next morning to this amazing view. Photos don’t do it justice. Peaceful, beautiful, birds singing and a big green belt with palm trees then ocean views—what could be better. The interesting thing about this condo is it is only about a mile from lots of restaurants, etc. and yet you feel secluded in your own piece of paradise. Inside, the beds are so comfortable, and the bedrooms have black-out curtains. The condo is organized and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Lots of dresser space was appreciated. Views from all windows. Relaxing TV area. You really don’t need to leave. Sunsets from the lanai can’t be missed. What amazing, beautiful colors. Highly recommend this lovely condo.

Wonderful Condo and Location

Everything was fantastic-- the owner has amazingly fast and helpful communication. My family and I love the location in Kihei- close to everything! The condo is large and and views from both decks were incredible- you can't get a better sunset view. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Amazing vacation

The condo unit is beautifully supplied with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing time at the beach. Margie is a friendly, accommodating, informative and responsive host. I appreciated that she reached out before our visit to inquire whether we wanted one king bed or two twin beds in the master suite. The views from the second floor balcony are breathtaking. We absolutely loved that from nearly everywhere in the unit you could view the ocean. The circular mirror in the dining room is perfectly positioned so that everyone at table can still enjoy the stunning view.

Great Oceanfront condo with an AMAZING Host!

This oceanfront condo was a perfect place for my husband and myself, along with my sister and her husband! All of the bedrooms and the main living space had an amazing view of the ocean. The main bedroom was incredibly spacious with a bathroom. The secondary bedroom was much smaller but nicely decorated. It also had an amazing view and an attached bathroom. The kitchen was nice and perfectly stocked with plates, utensils, and cooking items, so we could cook meals. The living space was great. It is a bit smaller than what the pictures look like, but still very nice. The balcony off the main area and the master bedroom was very nice and we used both often. The condo complex has a pool, a kiddie pool, and a hot tub. The main pool is nice, but beware it is NOT heated, so it is a brisk swim. The hot tub is great. This complex has nice grills, so we were able to grill alot. It is also within a short drive of restaurants and bars, but we walked to restaurants and bars, too. The location is great and the condo view is fantastic. The host was very friendly and provided us with any information we needed. She also made us homemade bread, so when we came in late and were hungry--her delicious bread was waiting for us! YUMMY! GREAT TIME! Thanks so much!

The area is suffering with lack of tourists! I can't say how many times we were thanked for coming. Our snorkeling excursion could hold 67 pp....we had 18. The location of this condo was great! (not close to the fire area). A lot of restaurants, shopping, etc. within a short drive. It was great to have 2 bedrroms with ocean views. Several beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, ect at the condo. Was great to load in the car and explore other beaches. Was also fun to sit in the hot tub at night. Margie, the owner, was attentive and has kept up the maintenance at the condo.

Fantastic Maui Adventure

Great property, great location. What a gorgeous view. Our party of four enjoyed this property fully. Every morning was beautiful. Loved watching the sunrise on the Pu'u Kukui mountains across the bay from the master bedroom balcony. The ocean view from the condo was beautiful and easily accessible just a short walk. The property was clean well maintained and had all the necessary amenities along with a great pool and hot tub. We were only minutes away from delicious food. I'm not sure if it was the circumstances of the island at the moment or the norm but the restaurants close early (8pm). I recommend renting car there are so many spectacular sites and wonderful adventures on this island! Margie was a great host. She quickly and kindly responded to all of my questions before and during our trip. She eased our nerves as to whether we should cancel our travel plans due to the fires on maui. Glad we kept our travel plans and had a spectacular time. Overall: I would stay here again and recommend choosing this condo and Margie to anyone considering Maui.

Amazing stay!!!

We stayed at Margie’s place with another couple. It was big enough that each couple had their own space and a wonderful kitchen and living room area for game playing and socializing. We were steps away from a wonderful beach walk each morning. The condo was quiet, people were kind and communication with Margie was so easy. We absolutely loved this condo.

We were only at this property for two days, but we found it to be very nice. The property is older, but sill in good condition. The condo had a great view of the Pacific and West Maui. Our host was wonderful. Overall a great value. Our friends stayed in another two bedroom unit in the same building that was much smaller. This unit was very large in comparison.

My husband, our 19 year old son and 13 year old daughters stayed here for 6 nights in June. Check in was very easy, and the unit was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay including beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards. Location was safe and easy to get to shopping as well as other parts of the island. The ocean view from this unit was amazing. There is a beach across the green space, which is beautifil to look at, walk on, and watch the amazing sunset from, but not great for swimming due to the amount of coral that is constantly washing up. But there are many nearby swimming beaches that are easily accessible. Margie is an excellent host with wonderful communication skills. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend her home to others and would stay here again ourselves if we ever make it back to Maui.
