  • A309 sijaitsee kolmannessa kerroksessa, josta voit seurata Mauin elämää aamusta iltaan omalta 114 neliöjalkaiselta näköalaterassiltasi. Huippuluokan huoneisto sijaitsee uima-allasalueen lähellä. Ympärillä on trooppisia puutarhoja ja taustalla meri. Rauhallisella sijainnilla varustetussa huoneistossa on suuri oma näköalaterassi ja remontoitu sisustus. Parempaa ei olekaan.

    Suuri yksityinen huoneisto lomakohteen huoneistokompleksissa aurinkoisen Kihein rannalla, Mauilla, Havaijilla. 1 makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone. Toinen kylpyhuone käytävällä, jossa on suihku, suuri oleskelutila, ruokailutila sekä keittiö aamiaisbaarilla. Rantatuolit, uima-allaspyyhkeet, täysikokoiset kodinkoneet, mukaan lukien ilmastointi sekä pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.
    Ihan totta, käy vain ruokakaupassa, niin olet valmis koko viikoksi!

    Yleistä tietoa:
    Maui Sunset sijaitsee yli 5 eekkerin merenrantatontilla Kiheissä, jota pidetään yhtenä Valley Islen parhaista sijainneista. Kihei tunnetaan ympäri vuoden paistavasta auringosta, leutoista passaatituulista ja rauhoittavasta iltailmasta. Se on yksi koko saaren kuivimmista ja aurinkoisimmista alueista, jossa sataa keskimäärin vain 10 tuumaa vuodessa! Maailmankuulut uinti- ja snorkkelirannat ovat vain muutaman minuutin päässä Kihein ja läheisen Wailean lukuisilla turvallisilla hiekkarannoilla. Vain lyhyen matkan (6 miles) päässä sijaitsevat viisi mestaruustason 18-reikäistä lomakohteen golfkenttää Waileassa ja Makenassa. Kaksi rakennusta kehystävät ja suojaavat laajaa virkistysaluetta, jota hoidetaan huolellisesti ja joka on kauniisti maisemoitu. 60-foot uima-allas, sen laajat terassit ja runsaat uima-allaskalusteet kutsuvat sinut parantamaan rusketustasi.

Great location, great apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 6 nights at Maui Sunset in Kihei. The location was great (nice residential neighbourhood, lots of restaurants and shops nearby), the amenities were fantastic (nice pool, tennis courts, shuffle board, on the beach, BBQs available). The condo was large and clean, with two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Two air conditioning units and cowling fans kept us comfortable. The decor was a little dated, which didn’t bother me, but my only real complaint t was that the pull out couch and curtains were quite dirty and obviously had not been cleaned in a very long time.

Nice Property but Needs Attention

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was very beautiful and well maintained grounds. The condo itself was adequate size for our family of four. Although the queen sofa bed had no linens (those were supposed to be in a closet) so we had to use an extra sheet to sleep on top of the mattress. The ac unit in the main bedroom had a massive leak that was running down the wall and the paint was bubbling out and leaking water to the floor. This was brought to the attention of the front desk but I was Told to call another number for maintenance to come look at it. This is the last thing we wanted to do while on our vacation. The shower curtain in the bedroom shower had mold growing on it, again I was told to call another number for housekeeping to come out as they are not on the property. We only were given 4 towels total to use for our week long trip. The batteries were dead in the remotes, which was just annoying. The front door we had to slam front door to shut it from the outside. Also, the toilet in the main bedroom would run constantly, the flapper in the tank was broken. The location of the property was good with lots of options for dining and beaches and super close to a few grocery stores.

Cozy

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was cozy, we have partial ocean view and it’s amazing that we got to see the sunset every night. The rooms are ok, we didn’t like the air conditioning in the beginning was noisy but was less quieter after, the maintenance responded right away. We love the pool area wish they serve cold drinks or even a vending machine . The area outside patio / mini golf area is clean. The beach is accessible and it’s really nice to go there early in the morning, in the afternoon the water gets merky, my daughter and I found this little pool area at the beach it was protected by by rocks, so we just soaked in there cause it was shallow , it’s a nice place to stay , it’s not that fancy but it’s cozy and accessible to the beach. A lot of trees close by the beach just to hang out. Unit A309 is very cozy , it has everything we need , umbrella, beach chairs and plenty of beach towels.

My only suggestions are 1) replace the AC units, they are very noisy and affect sleep. 2) Improve cleaning - the sofa bed had sand and hair and the sinks in the bathrooms needed extra effort.

Great Home Away From Home

The room I stayed in is super clean, well equipped with good quality appliances including a washer/dryer (always a bonus) and everything one would need to cook a full meal. The facility have some grills in the center area which A LOT people used (pretty popular!) but is super clean! Great location, very peaceful and quiet, staff is superior.

Reviewer Comments: We were in a spacious 1-bedroom apartment that offered a beautiful balcony, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and in unit washer and dryer. The building was quiet and peaceful and offered stunning sunset views from its soft sand beach. Beach rentals were available as well as shuffle board, a putting green, and tennis courts - something for everyone! The check-in/check-out was seamless and the unit was very clean, also parking is included!! This location is very central and in between many excursions including: boat tours, the road to hana, and Haleakala.

Not much of a view and the beach in front of the property is not very nice. Nice for sunsets and watching fishermen. Also, if you like dogs.
