Aloha ja tervetuloa Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo A12 aurinkoiseen Etelä-Mauiin! Condo A12: ssä on uusi Mitsubishi A / C ja kauniisti uusittu keittiö.

Kihei Sands Condominium sijaitsee suoraan yhdellä Mauin parhaista rannoista, Sugar Beachillä. Merenranta-uima-altaalta ja grillipatio-alueeltamme voit käytännössä koskettaa rantaa - puhdas, hiekkainen, asuttamaton ja venyttämällä mailia kumpaankin suuntaan. Kuinka kaukana se on rannalta? Kirjaimellisesti noin 6 jalkaa! Patio- ja nurmialueemme ovat idyllisiä. Nauti joka aamu tuoreella kahvilla ja joka ilta katsomassa mahtavaa auringonlaskua grillaamalla päivällistä ja siemaillen juomaa.
Kihei Sands on erityinen paikka, joka on täynnä Alohan henkeä. Intiimi asettelu tarjoaa erinomaisen sijainnin tapaamisiin, ryhmämatkoille, häämatkalla, eläkeläisille, perheille, pariskunnille ja ystäville. Valittavana on 23 yksikköä, joten on helppo löytää täydellinen istuvuus kaikille ryhmällesi, makuuhuoneiden lukumäärästä (1, 2 ja 3) aina vuoteen kokoonpanoon.

It was delightful to see how well maintained the property is- the gardens are lovely, our unit A12 was in great shape, well equipped and very clean and the low key, very friendly vibe of the place was just the same as years ago. We weren't looking for a big resort experience for our family reunion and Kihei Sands was just perfect for us.

Only 29 units so there was always space on the patio to sit and in the pool to swim. The area was very clean and well maintained. A person works 4 hours every morning cleaning the common areas. The office staff was very helpful - we needed some help due to a medical condition. We were given all the information needed for a good experience at that clinic. That staff also helped organize a tour that we wanted to take. We have already recommended the property to some relatives.

Great Location & Complex - Bright Lights Though

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex and unit itself are very nice. Loved the morning walks on the beach. I would not recommend this unit if you like to sleep though. The porch light is hardwired which attracts bugs all night (come through the slider even) and makes it look like daylight all night long in the unit its so bright. The A/C is in the living space so if you want to cool the bedroom you have to leave the door open to "daylight". The unit either needs blackout curtains or to put the porch light on a switch. Terrible sleeping experience. Also, the pool isn't heated, even when it was 90 degrees out it was still cold. We sprung for a resort pass for a day so our kid could get in a pool and not shake. Other than that, the patio is amazing and the grills are a nice feature. Overall, I would consider coming back, but not to this unit.

Expectations Met and Exceeded! Steps to Beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This small, 30-unit complex is a treasure! We rented units A10 and A12 on the ground floor -- just STEPS from the beach. The units were newly renovated with everything you could possibly need. The property is quiet and beautifully maintained. We had miles of empty, pristine beach to walk each day. Property managers Connie and Patrick were a delight. We've stayed at huge beach resorts before -- but Kihei Sands beats them hands down for beach access, privacy and comfort. We plan to return next year and many years to come. Expectations met and exceeded! (Also a short walk to an amazing bakery, grocer, and shaved ice stand.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at Kihei Sands. The condo was very clean, well maintained and recently remodeled. Our unit was just steps to the quiet, long white sandy beach. We enjoyed our coffee as we sat on the patio and listened to the ocean waves. The grounds were well maintained and the staff clearly cared about creating a welcoming and clean environment for their guests. Looking forward to our next visit.

Family vacation

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 4 units for ourselves, our kids and grandkids. The setup worked very well and allowed us to get together when needed but also some quiet time. We would have communal dinners outside on the bbq patio when the little ones went to bed.
