Palms at Wailea #803 has all the comforts of home in a beautiful tropical setting. This unit features a fully equipped kitchen as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. You can keep cool with the split-system A/C, and complimentary wifi is included. There is a king bed in the master and the 2nd bedroom features twin beds that can be converted to a king. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room as well as a large television in case you want to relax and watch some TV after a busy day of outdoor adventure. Speaking of outdoor activities, Palms at Wailea #803 supplies beach chairs and beach towels and a boogie board for your trips to one of the nearby beaches. This unit is equipped with grab bars in the bathroom and there are no stairs in the unit. Palms at Wailea #803 can sleep 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long stretch of beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach with stunning views right from the property. One of our favorite things to do was relax on the lanai, which was spacious, peaceful, and perfect for evening drinks and games.The pool area had stunning views, and was clean, well-maintained, and a great size for both kids and adults to enjoy.Inside, the living space was just as impressive. Beautifully decorated with a coastal feel with all the comforts of home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and memorable beach getaway! Already looking ahead to a stay again next year!

Perfectly located, super clean and we loved having access to the pool- this was a terrific place to stay for my two young kids, my husband and I. It was stocked with everything we needed to have wonderful beach days and lounge in comfort.

Fantastic property and location

Beautiful unit, very clean with everything you need. Our family had a great time in Maui and loved that this property was so close to the beaches, dining and shopping. We will definitely stay here again. If you have more than one couple, the second bedroom does not provide privacy but worked fine for our family of teens and adult children. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the patio is really spacious. We loved that there were beach chairs, umbrella and other gear provided too!

Amazing Stay!`

The unit itself is spacious and well designed. We had plenty of room for our family of four. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and we cooked most meals in the unit. The Lanai was spacious and had stunning views of the property, ocean and mountain. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat. The property was beautiful and immaculately maintained. The pool was amazing and we spent a lot of time at the pool when the beach got too windy or too hot. Wailea is a GREAT location. It is quiet, beautiful, and doesn't feel like a tourist town. It has a luxurious and serene feeling. Lastly, location is a 10 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute drive. Highly recommend this location and unit!

The condo is located in Wailea area. Easy access to Wailea village for restaurant, shopping & many beaches which are good for snorkeling, swimming and just relaxing. The condo is clean and very comfortable to stay. I highly recommend to stay here if you have a chance to come in Maui.

Very, very quiet

The unit was what attracted me to book. Awesome interior design! Nice & clean, very spacious & well supplied. Property is very quiet, you feel guilty having a bbq with say 16-20 people. The contract with VRBO & Maui Rentals conflict on the check out time. One says 11:00 the other 10:00. My family says I don’t know how to relax, Kept keeping them in check about contract details, that annoyed them. I hope to visit here again, will try harder to relax. *

Perfect Paradise!

We loved every detail of this unit and the property. It was wonderful waking up every morning to a beautiful mountain/garden view. We could also see glimpses of the blue Pacific! The beds were comfortable, the sheets and blankets were soft. It was all well maintained, tastefully decorated, and incredibly clean. The management was responsive when we couldn’t find a blanket for the sofa sleeper. Someone actually ran out and purchased one for us. My daughters both appreciated that! We would highly recommend this beautiful rental property. We never wanted to leave!

Classy & cozy, inside and out

The inside spaces and the outside space at this unit are equally enjoyable, as they blend together seamlessly through three large slider doors and a passthrough window in the kitchen. The decor inside is classy and sophisticated. We took most of our meals outdoors, at the table on the lanai. Breakfast at sunrise listening to sound of the tropical birds and the crashing of the surf. Dinners under the starry Maui skies, with the beautifully painted walls inside, in tropical and ocean motifs, softly lit as a backdrop. The beaches are within a 10 minute walk down, and maybe 15 minutes back up the hill. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a cooler for you to use. This unit is very close to the pool, which is quiet and has a nice ocean view. There is also a lookout tower at the pool building for whale watching, so bring your binoculars. Checking in was pleasant and contactless. The manager was in contact via text before we landed, and the property owners were too. They checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going well, which we appreciated. Great communication during the booking process as well. Carol & Lee take immaculate care of their property and thoroughly enjoy sharing the magic of Maui with their guests.

Terrific Place, Way Exceeds our expectations!

We love the location, the beach was in a walking distance and the mall was just 5 minutes drive away. The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and lovely patio was set for watching sunsets. The kitchen was smartly equipped, the main bedroom had an AC and there were ceiling fans around the house. The beds were super comfortable and a sateen pillow cover was plus. We even found chairs, umbrella and snorkeling gear in the closet and were happy to use them. Carol and Lee were exceptionally helpful and very responsive before and during our stay. Our family had a great vacation and the location and house contributed to it. Can't wait to come back to Maui & this condo again!
