Harvinainen yhden tason 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyyksikön kauniit merinäkymät Kamaole Sands Resortissa. Nauti uudesta ja hiljaisesta jaetusta ilmastointilaitteesta molemmissa makuuhuoneissa ja olohuoneessa. Tämä yksikkö on vain muutaman askeleen päässä Kamaole Park III -rannoista ja tarjoaa jokaiselle jotakin. Mai Tai -juhlat ovat avoinna vieraille ilmaiseksi Mai Tai, havaijin musiikki ja hula-tanssijoita joka keskiviikko iltapäivällä! Nauti kävelemällä kauniisti hoidettujen puutarhojen ja lampien varrella. Nauti monista tenniskentistä, kuntosalista, kahluuallasta lapsille, 2 kylpytynnyriä ja upeasta uima-altaasta rentoutumiseen. Kävele lukuisiin ravintoloihin tai nauti golfkierroksesta jollain lähellä olevista Wailean kursseista. Paikan päällä oleva aktiviteettitili auttaa sinua suunnittelemaan kaikkia upeita aktiviteetteja, joita Mauilla on tarjota: surffausta, meloa, sukellusta, valaiden katselua ja risteilyjä illallisella!

Nauti kodin mukavuuksista täysin varustetuilla keittiöillä ja useilla grillausmahdollisuuksilla. Tai lounge rannalla kaikilla tarvikkeilla (rantatuolit, rantapyyhkeet ja uimavälineet). Lots of missed opportunities

I wish I'd paid more attention to reviews about the uncomfortable beds, which have been posted for several years now. Not being able to sleep while on a bucket list, expensive vacation due to the misery of the bed just really isn't acceptable. You cave into the middle and pillows are like concrete. Our teenage son slept on the pull out couch bed and he said the bars were digging into his back all night. There is also a loud buzzing noise that lasts about 5 seconds and goes on and off every minute or so all night. We couldn't figure out the source-it's not the a/c. We've also become accustomed to, in recent years, short-stay rental properties coming with some toiletries. This condo didn't even have hand soap in the bathrooms-there was one miniscule wrapped soap in the entire property. After a very long day of travel to not even be able to wash your hands is not cool, in my opinion.Beach towels were those tiny microfiber type that don't absorb any water. We ended up buying some beach towels at the local Foodland. The condo complex has some great common area BBQs/seating that made for a great New Years Eve BBQ with other family members also staying at the complex. Walking across the street for sunset is a great activity.

Nice location

Location is across the street from Kamaole 3 beach, also within walking to Kamaole 2 beach. Chairs, beach towels and umbrellas are provided in the unit. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, coffee maker for the days you want to cook in. There are also BBQ grills which are very clean. BBQ tools are also in the unit. The lanai is small but perfect for morning coffee. Sleeps 6 but really means 3 couples or a family. My only con is the timing of communications from managing company. This was our first time booking VRBO and felt a little lost in what was to be provided by the rental. We would receive an email explaining after calling.

Beautiful property across the street from the beach. This property could use a kitchen update. And some new beach chairs. Otherwise it worked very well for our family. Nice staff, nice pool and grills. We would return.

Very beautiful. Great style, art work, view and well taken care of. Furniture is somewhat worn out. Although beautiful, dining chairs not comfortable. Thank you for your consideration during our extended stay. We felt at home.

Five Stars

Dan’s condo is the perfect place to stay in Kihei. The unit is very comfortable and has everything you’ll need. The air conditioning works perfect although you only need to use it for a very short time during the day, the ocean breezes combined with the ceiling fans make the unit very comfortable. All the beds are comfortable, including the sofa bed, which has a really good memory foam. The location is excellent being across the street from the beach and we would walk to see the sunset every evening. The swimming pool area is very nice never too crowded and the water is comfortable. There are several restaurants, shops and a small market within walking distance. The town of Canche still has that small town Hawaiian vibe. The local supermarket, Foodland has the best poke on the island , it was very popular with my children. I can’t find anything negative to say about the rental. The TVs work fine and gave plenty of channels. There are folding chairs, the type that you can carry like a backpack, there is also some sand toys for the kids. One thing I must note is the code they gave you for the digital lock doesn’t work until the check in time, so if you get to Maui early, I would recommend stopping at Costco to buy groceries to kill some time and grabbing something to eat. This is a first class rental and we enjoyed our 10 night stay very much.

This was our first time in Hawaii. Beds and linens were not fully done when we arrived. I contacted our host and they did a interim cleaning and kept extra sheets. Otherwise apartment could do little updating. We had our friend family staying next building for same price, same space with better updated living room and kitchen. Kitchen had all the things we needed, we didn’t cook much. It was nice you have air conditioning on all rooms but fan was not working in master and some of the light switches were not working. It was useful have dishwasher/ laundry detergents but need more toilet tissue for sure.

First time in Maui

While the location was excellent and the grounds beautiful. I felt the owner should be upgrading their beds and linens. We had an incident with a half cleaned oven full of oven cleaner for our first night which wasn’t great. They should also check their beach umbrellas to make sure they are functional, 2 were broken. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to Maui.

Great location. The unit itself was just okay. Master bath toilet paper holder was broken. Master bath shower adjuster was broken. Master bedroom bed was an old mattress with a foam top that made you fall to the middle of the bed. 5 beach towels were provided for 6 people.

Great location, they forgot to clean the floor

Everyone’s socks were dirty within 30 seconds of walking in the unit. They obviously missed cleaning the floor. They would not allow a late check out but offered move their schedule around only if we stayed an extra night. The unit itself is nice and has a great location in a great building.

Wonderful Getaway across the beach

We had such a wonderful stay in this condo and made some great memories with our best friends. Everything was clean and relaxing, great amenities on the property. We were able to walk across to take sunrise walks on the beach every morning of our stay and watch the sunset from our condo lanai. We enjoyed the pool, gym and barbecue areas. The great thing about the condos besides the comfort are that they have all your beach necessities as well, tommy bahama chairs, coolers, snorkel gear and umbrellas as well as these awesome microfiber light towels. Thank You for a wonderful retreat! We hope to come back soon!

Newer, clean unit across from the beach

The unit is well kept, definitely on the newer side, decoration pretty tasteful too. It's conveniently located across from the beach. Check in was done quickly at the main reception; got one assigned parking space. Responded quickly to our questions. Over all, it was an excellent stay. The welcoming bags of macadamia nuts and Hawaiian coffee were very nice touch. Couple of things we'd like to see improved: have some cooking wares. Luckily we didn't cook much, if we did, that'd be an issue. And have extra toilet papers and shampoo, soap. it's not a matter of money, we only spent a few bucks to buy those on our own; its just inconvenient. When those ran out, we contacted the host, they responded almost immediately, saying house keeper already set us up with a 'starter pack', I guess that implied we had to go out and buy the shampoo/soap/tp ourselves. I thought that wasn't too helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

I really hate writing bad reviews, but hopefully I can help someone not make the same mistake we did. It's true, the beds are extremely uncomfortable and your feet do turn black for some reason. I wasn't too pleased with our host Dan also. There was a leak from the bath tub and he came in while we weren't there which is understandable. But he left his mask on our counter which is just gross, and why would he even take it off? He also left a mess for me to clean up, from not putting the wall part back on, and there was wood pieces and debree all over the floor. Not fun to come back to, especially with a toddler who wants to get into everything! The very worst part to me was there was no apology or anything. To sum it up, I definitely wouldn't stay here again or in any of his properties.

Kamaole Sands unit 9-305 was exactly as listed on VRBO. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My daughter noted that the A/C in the master bedroom could not be properly regulated though.

9-305 Stay 6/28-7/4/2021

I booked here since reviews were pretty good & rates were cheaper. However unfortunately wouldn’t return. Place seemed to not be kept up too well. We were happy to be able to check in early, however we arrived and room wasn’t cleaned yet from previous guests, & our parking stall was not available. Cleaners has been there since spray bottles, vacuum & things were left out but nobody in the unit. Unfortunately poor communication and owners weren’t aware home wasn’t fully cleaned yet. We were asked to leave & return in a couple hours. Same day, we began having toilet issues in one bathroom with it overflowing just after going pee. Dan said “it was working fine with previous guests, and told us how much it would cost to fix and try to let it settle and then let him know if it was fixed”. After I plunged and plunged still didn’t work. He got a plumber out next day. Fixed & no issue found. Few days later we realized we had no extra toilet paper for our 6 night stay and he said some would get dropped off but it never came, thankfully we went to buy our own. Room is not maintained unfortunately. Floors dirty as our feet were black, beach chairs not in good condition, boogie board was broken in half and other one not so great either. The unit could have potential if maintained better. Washer & dryer were full size & great and AC kept the rooms cool. Mattress sunk in middle, pillow topper helped but made for extra squishy surfaces. Unfortunately, Wish we chose a different place & tried to book elsewhere but none available.

Have stayed Sands many times, appreciate the a/c in each room & that was primary reason choosing this unit. Unit cleanliness could have been better, few razor hairs in main sink & does not drain properly/ plug cannot be unscrewed due to it's design, coffee grounds stuck to kitchen closet, after walking on floor the 18 month olds feet were black. Maybe due to pandemic & issues finding good help. Mattresses have both failed, major sinking in middle of both. I emailed management to let them know we'd be a day late due to covid testing delay. Message was not passed on to chk-in desk. Nice washer/dryer, not a cheap combo like some units. Overall, satisfactory but the mattresses definitely need to be replaced.

Kam Sands 9-305

This is a very well-appointed property with everything one needs in a two-bedroom condo. IT is clean and though the linai is small, we could still see the whales playing in the ocean at breakfast. The master bed is a bit soft but was much better once we took the topper off it. Everything works great including the A/C with separate controls for each bedroom. And Kam Sands is a great resort at which we have stayed often.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed being so close to an amazing beach and the poolside area was convenient and great for the kids! One big disappointment was that it states “2 King size beds” and they certainly were 2 queen beds. Hoping that’s changed for accuracy of the online listing. Everything we needed in the kitchen except a wine opener. Brand new beautiful washer and dryer was very convenient. Nice to have AC throughout the apartment for the really hot days!!

Great location, everything you need for a good vacation.

Great location, Dan is very good to communicate with. Updated laundry was wonderful, as was air conditioning. Lots of kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans. Beach chairs and other items available in suite if you want them. Left two taller chairs behind as they were easier to sit in for the old bodies. Bed was comfortable. Used the booking company in site and booking was seamless. Overall, once again, we enjoyed the stay. It was like being at home.

Great location. Parking very close to condo. We like the designated parking.

Dan is so easy to work with. We stayed at this property last year. There were a few upgrades, which were well received. Always enjoy Kamaole Sands.
