We are located on the border of Kihei and Wailea-the driest, and most sunny area in all of Maui! What makes our condo different? We have truly thought of everything! As owners we stay at our condo often and put a lot of thought into providing the very best experience for our guests. You also have access to us directly, not a corporate web that manages hundreds of other units. Read on for all the details!
The open-concept living space features large wall to wall sliding glass doors and a private lanai, showcasing stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and swaying palms. PLEASE NOTE: The front area of this condo is “studio” style. The living room shares space with one of the king suites, when the sliding shoji doors are open.
There are NO better views than from the lanai of a Mana Kai condo, and you are closer than you can imagine to the beach and ocean! There is an amazing coral reef for snorkeling directly in front of the Mana Kai, and you are steps from what is undeniably the best beach on Maui. Our condo is in a perfect spot, able to see all the way down the coastline without being blocked by any bushes or trees.
Are you looking for a place that has the resort feel without the high price tag and crazy fees? Whether you want a “home base” which to venture out from or a place you can plant your flag and never have to leave, Mana Kai offers resort-style amenities alongside all the benefits of a condo. We also have much larger lanais and are closer to the water than most condos classified as “beachfront ”. Everything you need is at the Mana Kai, including:
- 808 General Store-locally owned by the same owners as 808 Deli, an award winning sandwich shop-providing amenities, groceries, deli, smoothies, sunscreen, alcohol etc.
- Workout room for guests-new equipment and mats
- Business center with printer for guests to use
- Gas grills available for guests-grilling tools are provided in your unit
- Heated, private saltwater pool overlooking the ocean (rare in Maui)
- Laundry facilities-each floor has two large credit card operated W/D sets as well as a garbage chute and recycle bins. We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for you under the kitchen sink

- Rental shop for paddleboards and other beach gear
- Free parking, with a dedicated parking stall, and ample public parking adjacent. Several lightweight, easy rolling large carts and ramps to help haul your groceries and luggage to your condo.
- Large, grassy area directly next to the beach with lounge chairs for guests, for when you want to be a beach bum but avoid the sand!
- Outdoor shower for washing off sand on your way back to your condo
- Wireless FAST high speed internet, with a private secured network inside the condo as well as property wide.

INSIDE YOUR SPACE:
KITCHEN: The well-stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from high-end appliances to cookware and utensils. Appliances provided: toaster, coffee maker (12 cup drip/keurig combo), rice cooker, electric kettle, beaters, blender, air fryer. Extras: ziploc bags, foil & plastic wrap, ample cleaning supplies, BBQ utensils, and all the little things you don’t realize you will need! You will be provided with 2 rolls of paper towels, 8 garbage bags, plenty of dish soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, some starter coffee and coffee filters.
LIVING ROOM: The living room is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the ocean views! Enjoy watching the large flat screen smart TV, equipped with tons of cable channels and the option to watch your own streaming services. The unit is equipped with a newer AC unit, and a Sonos speaker for listening to your own music! We have provided plenty of games, coloring books (adults and kids!), crosswords, board/card/dice games as well as plenty of books to read! The QUEEN sized sofa bed is a tri-fold pullout that is very comfortable, unlike the old-time spare mattresses!
BEDROOMS: There are TWO king sized suites in this unit. One suite shares a space with the living room, and can be separated by sliding shoji doors. This allows the suite AND the living room to have access to the lanai and breathtaking views of the beach and nightly sunset! Each nightstand is equipped with a charging station with plenty of USB and USB-C ports. The second bedroom is equipped with its own microwave, mini-fridge and work station.
BATHROOMS: Enjoy either the tub/shower or walk in shower with ample hot water and water pressure, and all the amenities you will need for your stay! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. You will also be provided with 4 rolls of toilet paper. Did you forget something? Don't worry-we have you covered with extras!

We are located at the edge of Kihei and Wailea, the perfect location for enjoying what both towns have to offer!
Kihei is 45 minutes from the West side of the island that experienced devastating wildfires in 2023 and was unaffected. Maui is OPEN and welcoming guests! Your economic support is helpful to the recovery efforts.
