Sugar Beach Oceanfront Condo with Spectacular Views and Steps to Beach

Our one bedroom, one bath, non-smoking beachfront condo has amazing oceanfront views, and breathtaking sunsets from a private lanai. As you relax on the lanai, watch the Kihei Canoe Club glide by, as well as the waves breaking along the five miles of white sand beach!

Our condo is comfortably furnished and includes central air conditioning, wood floors throughout, a 55" flat-screen smart TV, and free Wi-Fi.

The complex consists of two six-story buildings, each with two elevators, covered free parking, an activity center, sandwich shop and bar. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a large pool, Jacuzzi, putting green, gas barbeque grills, without a resort fee!

Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located, just minutes away from many of Maui's world-famous beaches, renowned golf courses, Maalaea Harbor, and Maui Ocean Aquarium.

The view from the room is amazing! There was a pair of binoculars available, and i was able to see a couple whales spouting in the distance. A very rare Kona Storm hit Hawaii on day twonof our stay, so we did not use the pool or hot tub. There is a lot to see and do within 20 minutes of the unit. The cleaning crew missed a couple small things, but the overall was good. Be aware that the bathroom and bedroom are not seperated, unless you slide the wall/door shut. Fine for a couple, but odd. All in all, we WOULD stay here again.Recommend!

Ck in at office smelled old noone told us had to press house button first to before number. Did call manager took care of it. The rest was heaven beautiful view, ocen front, saw whales & Very clean. Pool was awesome. Area was not crowded. Beach beautiful. Will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen worked well for us. We only cooked breakfast while there, but the kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice to have the washer and dryer. The best part was the lanai. The whales were very active and we enjoyed watching them and all the other water activities taking place. It would be nice if body wash, shampoo and conditioner were provided. We loved our stay and will be back!

Shower and toilet area disappointing. Shower and toilet area should have pocket door for privacy. Shower design without complete closing shower door results in extreme water leakage out on floor. At the least the short raised wall should be canted into the shower so overspray drains into the shower area rather onto the exterior floor. Extremely bad design.

This was a great location! Best location on the island and this condo is right on the beach! We watched sunset every night from our lanai and enjoyed the resort!

The beach view was awesome! Very clean. When we arrived the lock didn’t work because we were a little early. Called and they responded right away. All we needed was to add food. Grocery stores not a far away. Everything was there. Beach chairs/ camp chairs/ boogie boards/ fishing poles/snorkel mask/ beach towels/ ice chest / ice packs/dolly/ iron / vacuum/ hairdryer/ coffee maker/Keurig/everything in the kitchen/ laundry detergent/dishwasher pods/ & more. We would definitely come back again!

Excellent ocean view, condo is well equipped with almost anything you need. Beach chairs and towels are available. Nice pool and well maintained grounds and property is right on the beach. Close to restaurants and shops and not far from airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Sugar beach resort

Nice clean unit. Extremely well equipped and nice utensils and appliances- nothing old and crappy. Great towels and lots of beach stuff chairs, body boards, umbrella all is great Frankly SB resort is tired….its just ok. But you can’t beat the view. Be prepared for the wind…once again be prepared for the wind…I would not recommend the deli/bar…food is mediocre at best…..

Centrally located, nice amenities, and a great view

We loved having our morning coffee while watching the rowers in the bay. Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located and has great access to the quieter end of Kihei. The unit was exactly as advertised and furnished nicely. Aside from the awkward bedroom/bathroom passage and the local property manager mixing us up with another unit (turns out we didn’t need to remove the lanai furniture for cleaning), we had a smooth stay. Unit comes with lots of dishes, pots/pans, and beach furniture & equipment. Washer/dryer and dishwasher worked great. Condo resort has a nice pool, hot tub, and grills. Plus a nice stretch of direct access beach. We explored every part of the island and loved how convenient Sugar Beach Resort is to everything. Bonus, it’s a short walk to an amazing bakery and the best Shave Ice. Highly recommend the massage clinic on premise. I hurt my knee on an outing and after two treatments was on the road to recovery.

Great condo right on the beach!

This condo was in a great location and right on the beach! It was a very comfortable and clean place for me and my husband. We loved having breakfast every morning on the lanai overlooking the beach! We would love to come back!
