Public spaces like reception looked really good and breakfast was excellent. Elevator and hallways had seen better days and were quite dirty. Our bungalow had air quality problems and we had to move to main building which was tolerable. Beds were very hard and pillows too thick to our preference. ...

The staff was nice and the food was really good, but one reason I booked here was the indoor pool. Other hotels had warnings on their Expedia profile if the indoor pool was closed in the winter. This one did not so I assumed it was open. Come to find out it is not heated. I wish they would have made ...
