Location is fab and staff helpful. We arrived at 2am and needed an extra duvet, no one at reception. Waited 10 min and the staff came from outside - empty reception at night even for a moment does not feel completely safe. Small apartment as expected in London, doors had marks from handles as they have crashed into each other, this could be fixed. Still, because of rate and location I would recommend. Thumbs up for wooden floors.

"There was a lot of noise and no parking due to functions at the hotel, this was fine and staff did direct us to their parking. There was not a non slip mat in the bathroom, just a small sticker on the tiles telling you to request one from reception. The shower was very slippy once water got on it, ..."
