”Good points: Plenty of parking, Large rooms, Linen and towels provided, free toiletries. The cleaner was lovely and super helpful. Blackout curtains in rooms.
Bad points: Facilities are NOT as advertised. No restaurant or bar, No WiFi, Not all rooms have TV & No pillow menu. Only 2 members of staff were helpful, No housekeeping during stay, decoration is very dated. Main reception is not manned 24hours and difficult to contact anyone on the emergency numbers. Windows dont open wide enough...

”Make sure that your booking hasn't been cancelled by a disgruntled staff member before you arrive.
The room was nice and the bed comfortable.
Breakfast was ok, it was greasy and I didn't dare try the egg because it looked only just cooked yet the yolk was hard. The other items were nice.”

”Clean room. Usual Hilton high standard.
Breakfast has decent choices and yes their signature Hampton waffle. And as usual this is included in the room fee.

”Lovely hotel however extremely hot in the room, although there was a fan in the room thus wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room.
Breakfast was of good quality however extremely slow with just one member of staff working”
