Hotel has a general look and feel if a 1960’s run down old property desperately in need of a good cleanup, paint, carpets replaced. On leaving, I found my car had been parked in by 2 cars. Staff were quite rude saying it could be Any customer or persons visiting the onsite gym. After struggling to find the Drivers for a half hour - found it was Hotel Staff, and both were very dismissive and unapologetic that they had parked me...

On going through the door I found I was outside in the poring rain with again no signage. I went back into the hotel and found a lovely lady who was cleaning, who I asked where room 225 was. She took me back outside and showed me my room was in the wooden single story building opposite, the entrances to these...

”The shower didn’t work and there was no hot water so showering was in a dribble of cold water. We did tell the girl on reception but never got fixed. The room was economy so maybe other rooms are better but if you want to close the door while on the toilet then defo pay more. Can’t watch tv in bed as it’s around the corner. The staff were lovely though just didn’t solve the problem and a shower is a must especially in 25 degree heat”
