”We arrived we got the room. The first thing that happens is that my 14-year-old daughter gets locked up in the bathroom because the bathroom door did not have a door knob on the inside. She spent anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour locked inside a restroom until they finally came and knocked down the door to get her out, but even then I had to call the front desk about two or three times and recorded the whole situation just to make sure that we don’t get charged for that door. ”Room smelled of body order ( BO ) and had stained carpet and generally showed signs of wear and tear. All the exterior fire escape doors did not latch and the card readers were disconnected.”
