”My stay was comfortable for an over night stay after family celebration. I would definitely use this unit again if I travel without a senior person. My suggestion is to clearly identify the unit regarding the stair climbing for prospective renters for the second and third floor. Thank you,”

”The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.”

”The host were very welcoming and accommodating. The one thing to note is there’s no lockable door to guest between the host and the guest. Other than that it’s a beautiful place to hang out with a comfy bed and couch! ”

”There isn’t a “kitchen” but a minimum amenity was there and that was enough for me. Lots of dining options nearby. A quiet neighborhood and separate entry. Host was very responsive and accommodating. ”

”The apartment overall is nice, and located in an area that is close to shops and dining. Listing photos are accurate, but as others have mentioned, this is not a "luxury" apartment. ”

”Check in was easy. The room was comfortable enough. Shower was nice size with great water pressure. Sorry we didn’t get to meet our host.”

”We had a great experience. Neil was a great host; very responsive and communicative. The place was very clean, and had just about all we needed. The beds are so comfortable!! We felt safe in the house and in the neighborhood. The only thing we wished, was that it had a microwave. No big deal, (you can air fry in the oven) but other than that, it was great. ”

”Im local to the area and just needed a place near downtown Fairfield for the week. Place was everythig I expected. Apartment was clean, check-in was easy, and owner was communicative and helpful when needed.”

”Great stay in winter and I'm sure this place is popular for beach access in the summer. I loved the super soft towels and kitchenette. A couple of improvements: -Probably time to change the mattress in Rm 2. It is very misshapen with a large dent where many people have slept. -Weather seal the doors for better energy efficiency and to keep the temp in the room more manageable. ”
