”Superb pub and rooms steeped in local history - Robert Plant started his career here playing blues guitar aged 15 in the upstairs blues club (sadly not there anymore but the history is palpable). The pub is a treasure trove of history, and so well preserved, from the original staircases and ceramic tiling on the walls, to the original bar. My room was just sheer excellence. Comfy bed, every amenity laid on, crispy linen and a boiling hot shower. Sadly the pub no longer serves food other than...

”Wow what a place, clean modern and quiet rooms and the breakfast was fantastic. Convenient for a stop along the M5 if required.”

”Fabulous room, very modern with TV, tea, coffee and biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer - in fact everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was a 'wet room' with a super shower. Breakfast was enormous with plenty of tea or coffee. All the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to assist. Well worth staying here if visiting the area.”

”What a find! The Dinney’s was an absolute pleasure to stay in. It has charm, quirkiness, beautiful decor and incredible scenery. The hosts are warm and welcoming and the breakfast was divine! Highly recommend this B&B and it is the perfect location for The Astbury if you are attending an event there. ”

”Awful experience. Left a day early as had no sleep due to faulty and noisy radiator. Hotel it self is run down and needs a good tidy up. Went to the bar for some drinks, no staff around and 80s cocktail bar music blaring, not a great atmosphere to relax and chat with friends. I emailed the hotel twice before we arrived and also once after our stay to complain. No reply on either times!! ”

”Our stay was not the best. Dirty cups in room, no milk, very hot room. Asked for a fan which we did receive but it was broken. On a having a shower the head of the shower flew off and hit me. Food basic, at breakfast poached eggs were hard and u only got half a slice of bread. The staff were good, and when i made a complaint i did get my money back. Overall i would never stay here agsin.”

”The rooms are big. The staff were really friendly and efficient. The access to the spa is a huge plus. However, wish parking was free - £6, and shower power should be stronger.”

”The full cooked breakfast was amazing, i couldn't fault it, single room was small but clean and comfy. very friendly owners , and 2 lovely dogs who came to greet me. Overall i enjoyed my stay, and if im ever back in the area i would definately stay again. ”

”Property was well thought out and well equipped. Even found some super glue when my glasses broke! Hot tub was an amazing addition. We would definitely stay again should we visit the area in future. Thank you!”

”Lots of parking. The waitress at breakfast was great and couldn't do enough for me. I stayed 2 nights, 1st breakfast perfectly cooked, the 2nd breakfast not so great. Prices are about right The room was big, clean light and airy with good facilities. Definitely an above average establishment. I would definitely re visit.”

”Good breakfast. Staff were friendly. Bed comfortable, bedding clean with protectors but bathroom tired, laminate floor in need of replacing. Could you hear upstairs walking round & plumbing.”
