”The nicest place to stay in! The service, the room, the comfiest bed, the perfect breakfast! Five minutes walk to the peaceful riverside where you can walk or half an hour with the train and you’re in the middle of hustle and bustle. And after a busy day in the city you can come back, have a nice dinner, maybe a pint and you’re already in your accommodation! ”

”Hotel is unique and lovely beside the river with amazing views, good bar with reasonable prices. We had a room in the annexe- room was quite small but added bonus of an outdoor seating area. But we struggled with the door entry last night- couldn’t get it open. Phoned reception- no answer, it was about 11.30pm. ”The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. We spent most of our “leisure time” trying to figure out where to park, how to carry luggage, and trying to...

”When we booked a 5 night stay for July in March, we were made aware that the lounge was being updated. There was ongoing communication from The Lensbury up till two days before our arrival. They were looking forward to our stay, they reminded us of the restorations, etc etc. Then, one day before our arrival, we got a frantic message from Expedia saying that our booking had been cancelled by The Lensbury and we had to make alternate arrangements. ”Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. Other than that the experience was fantastic, the room was lovely, the restaurant was lovely, can’t complain. Just the check in experience left a slight sour taste.”

”This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London. The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :) The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London, but...
