”From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly, welcoming smile and that continued throughout my stay. Dinner was lovely and as soon as my drink was empty someone was in hand to get me another one. My room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay! ”

”This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London. The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :) The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London, but...

”I wanted to go to Richmond because I’m a huge Ted Lasso Fan! This hotel was beautiful! The foyer area was decorated for Christmas. The staff carried our bags in for us. It is perked up on a hill and walkable to the town. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Felt very safe here! ”

”Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, location was spot on 10 minute walk down to Richmond Town Centre, stunning scenery facing hotel and River Thames, Hotel smelt gorgeous and the fires were lit of an evening which was so christmasy with the decor, we had a couple of drinks in the bar and it was stunning so relaxing and again lovely staff would love to return soon , thankyou ”

”Have been staying at Cannizaro house for many years. Still convenient and best available in the area. Great location, good experience this stay all round with staff being excellent and motivated.... but its time for a refurb. Looking old, especially carpets and scuff zones on walls. The rug in reception would not make it into my dogs kennel and that is the area where you get your first impression. I'm looking forward to my next stay and if they spruce the place up... even better.”
