”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...

”Fab location, easy access by bus to Brighton centre. Lots of restaurants around on the Boardwalk plus restaurant and bar inside the hotel, so everything is there plus an Asda opposite the marina. Love the deco inside the hotel and lovely rooms!! I would book again! Free parking in the multistorey car park outside the hotel on level 6 so that is a bonus! The view in the breakfast room is amazing especially on a sunny day!!”
