”We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.”

”Lovely garden views from the Kent building. Signposting lacking - had to check in at one building, and breakfast in the main house, whuch looked loveky, whilst staying in another building. Early check-out at 9.30. But check-in was no earlier than 3pm. Room stifling hot, no air con, no fan provided in the heatwave- windows do not open very far and seems to become sort of walkway around the ground floor windows. Standard walk-in shower. ”Hotel is a little dated but room and bathroom were very clean. Fan was provided so temperature was comfortable. Room spacious and will be great if you have dogs. Bed relatively comfortable. Minor gripe is that the shower gel was very watered down so no use really. Other than that it’s a good budget option for this location and I would definitely stay there again.”

”What shade of hell in the 21st century for £177 for single occupancy has not got a private toilet . Room tiny, no lighting by bedside so if you get up in dark have to go to front door to switch a light on. Bunk bed over the head of double bed makes it hot & claustophic . The shower room is a joke, a bathroom including a toilet on a ferry is considerably bigger that this coffin minus a toilet. Avoid at all cost”
