”Hotel is close to all amenities, car park is small but plenty off street parking, staff are very good n helpful also breakfast is very good. Hotel room was clean. Dani who checked me in was very helpful. Downside hotel is need upgrading.”

”The room was clean but the corridor carpet needs a deep clean and proper hoovering. Aldo kitchen staff needs more training how they should talk to their customer with their request. Jane was very helpful and quickly sorted breakfast out for us. Shortage of staff can not be a excuse for not providing the service.”

”Very disappointing stay, particularly considering the price paid. The room was comfortable and the shower good, but housekeeping standards declined throughout our stay. Even after servicing, sheets were not changed, the floor was not hoovered and the bathroom was not mopped. Breakfast was poor in both quality and service, and got worse as the week progressed. ”I stay around 10 times a year. A 5 star welcome, 5 star food, 5 star service and a 5 star room. A unique old hotel with a modern, clean, tidy fresh feel. The food is amazing, locals travel here for the food. Highly recammend!”

”Really enjoyed our stay at the Grange”

”Carol runs a beautiful place and always makes us.welcome”

”Great place and host, would highly recommend”

Then we could check-in Declan told us that we needed to pay for our accommodation but when I told that I had paid he took our documents and did not return them. We had a two stay and consequently left without documents. On contacting the hotel we were told the only wat to retrieve our was to send a self-envelope and they would send them to us. That wasn't suitable in the frame...

”Certain rooms are not well cleaned or maintained. The manager is never available. Dogs allowed off lead to defecate on the carpets in the hotel and I stepped in it and walked it into our room before I realised and Mo the assistant manager didn't believe me or didn't care . I felt that a Nigerian rugby team staying with them the same time was more importan & I was insignificant by comparison. I Wonder the response they would have gotten from management if one of the elite trod on dog poop inside...

”Needs better bar, receptionist could serve drinks but not ideal. Breakfast finishes at 9am which is too early.”
