The Space:

Welcome to our charming studio at The Meadows, the ultimate retreat for both winter and summer adventures! Just a short ~5-minute stroll to the ski lifts (or an even quicker shuttle ride) at Kirkwood Mountain Resort, this cozy space is your perfect home base for an unforgettable getaway.



The studio features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay, along with a queen Murphy bed and a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 4 guests. Please note that the space is most comfortable for a group of up to 2 adults and 2 children, as it can feel a bit tight when both beds are in use. After a day of outdoor activities, relax by the cozy wood-burning fireplace, adding warmth and ambiance to your stay.



Enjoy access to shared amenities just down the hall, including a spacious common area designed like a cozy ski lodge, with inviting fireplaces, large tables for games and socializing, and a hot tub to soothe your muscles after a day on the slopes. During the summer months, take advantage of the BBQ grill and outdoor dining patio, perfect for al fresco meals (though you may find it covered with snow during winter).



SHORT WALK TO LIFTS OR SHUTTLE: The Meadows is positioned between chair 5 and chair 7. It’s a very short walk to the lift (about 5 minutes) or you can choose to take the shuttle for a 1-2 min ride.



PARKING: For added convenience, enjoy underground parking.



Amenities during ski season:



1) SKI LOCKER: Enjoy a ski locker to securely store your gear during your stay.



2) SHORT WALK TO LIFTS OR SHUTTLE: The Meadows is positioned between chair 5 and chair 7. It’s a very short walk to the lift (about 5 minutes) or you can choose to take the shuttle for a 1-2 min ride.



3) HOT TUB: available in common area during the ski season.





LAUNDRY ROOM is also available on-site, equipped with coin-operated washers and dryers, so you can easily freshen up your clothes after a day of fun.



In the winter, enjoy world-class downhill skiing at Kirkwood or take advantage of the cross-country ski trail right behind the building in the meadows. In warmer months, explore nearby hiking trails and pristine lakes, perfect for fishing and outdoor adventures.

Kirkwood is a mountain town and can get a large amount of snow during the winter season. Please be prepared to travel during inclement weather.



Pets are permitted only with prior approval from the owner and an additional cleaning fee.



Guest Access:

You have access to the whole unit with private entrance, including private deck to view the meadow. The common areas include quiet spaces for remote working, games, hot tub (during ski season only) and common BBQ on deck.
