”Lovely please. We checked in late but we had all the instructions left out for us and then a lady came to find us to tell us what was what. The rooms were very comfortable, lots of tea and coffee. And then the bonus, there was a shared area where they had free tea, coffee, milk, fruit juice, cereals. All for us to enjoy. Would definitely recommend and if we are in the area again, we will be staying here. Fantastic place ”

Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+”
”The property is located a 15-minute walk from the Pitlochry Station and is located on top of a hill. I would suggest taking a taxi if you have luggage.
The property itself is beautiful and clean. Our room was quiet even though it was located near to the pub.
We enjoyed walking the grounds as well. Lots of nice walking trails.
