”Lovely spacious clean rooms. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The first night we had to park on grass because the parking bays were full when we came back late! The next day we managed to get a parking space. Everything else was excellent.”

”The property was clean and tidy and couldn't be faulted. The problem was with their check in procedure. Phone a number which took nearly 20 minutes to get answered requiring repeated redialling. After getting the key to the room, it turned out the wrong key had been put in the keysafe box.....so... another phone call to their help desk, this time taking 25 minutes to eventually get answered. Once that was finally sorted out, all in all over 45 minutes, i ended up being late for my appointment...

”Our room was very clean and nice . It was on the first floor above the lobby /toilets which has piped music from 7.30am until late into the evening which could be heard all day in our room. It was also positioned in the alley side of the building next to the pub which is also noisy . So maybe not the hotel to stay in if you’re hoping for a quiet get away . ”

”A very good location, opposite the King's Lynn Minster, at the end of the High Street, and close to the riverside. The suite was very large and well equipped. Clean and comfortable.”

”The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was 1st rate - having been upgraded to an executive room! The general feelfid not come over as a 4* establishment eg Staff attire was very casual and at times slovenly.”

”The hotel was clean but basic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This is a good place to stay if you're on a budget and don't worry about the frills. It's a little tired but that is easy to forgive at this price. It's close to the centre and so very convenient for anyone working in, or vising Boston. There is an Indian restaurant on site which is worth visiting, and a public bar so if you're visiting friends it there is a good place to meet. As I say it ain't the Ritz but its certainly...

”Originally from Horncastle now living in the USA, The Rodney is always where we stay when visiting. The staff are so friendly and the food is really great, especially the breakfast, such a nice selection. My only suggestion is that they need to put a small fridge in the rooms, apart from that, love the place!!!!”
