Our 5 bedroom vacation home is on one of Kissimmee's premier developments, the beautiful and highly regarded Cumbrian Lakes Gated Community. Only a short drive away from Disney, Universal, Sea World and several World Class Golf Courses, with 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms and a great lake & conservation view from the South facing pool deck and master suite balcony.
The villa is located in one of the prime lots of the community on the quieter south side where the lake ends and the forest begins, which means you get to see so much of the beautiful Florida wildlife from the pool deck whilst relaxing in the sunshine all day long.

LOUNGE
With over 2400 square feet there is plenty of space for the whole family to relax and unwind after a day of exploring everything the Orlando area has to offer. The living area has a large open plan with a flat screen tv and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. It’s adjacent to the kitchen and dining room so the whole family can be together. There’s an additional lounge area with couches, a great place to socialize or relax with a book.
EAT
This home features a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, pantry closet. Overlooking the dining area, family room and pool, the kitchen allows you to prepare meals and still be part of the fun. Enjoy a casual meal at the breakfast bar, with seating for 3, or a family meal at the dining table with seating for 8. There is an additional formal dining table with seating for 6. along with ample seating and tables on the lanai for alfresco meals.
RELAX
Go for a swim in your private South West facing pool with pool Safety Fence or soak up the Florida sunshine on the spacious pool deck in one of the 3 luxurious chaise loungers. Dine alfresco under the large covered lanai at the patio dining set or simply relax and read a book. The pool deck looks over a beautiful lake and forest, home to many species of Florida's wildlife, with visitors to the lake a regular sight particularly at dawn & dusk. The pool deck also has a removable child safety fence for the little ones.
PLAY
Discover the fun filled Games Room in the garage which features a pool table and foosball table. Perfect for those no-outing days or just extra fun after a day at the theme parks. If it's electronic gaming there's a PS4 & Wii with flat screen TV up the stairs at the loft area.
