Guest Access:

Parking:

You can park in the driveway, up to 2 vehicles. Please don't park in the street, on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed.



All residents are welcome to use the tennis court, basketball court, and parks at Oak Park in Poinciana. Access is on a first-come, first-served basis.



The Neighborhood:

Crescent Lakes is a large, well-kept and peaceful community in Kissimmee, close to Disney, Universal and all other popular Orlando attractions.



Whether you're a kid at heart or a teenager with boundless energy, we've got something for everyone. Our playgrounds are equipped with slides, climbing frames, and swings, perfect for the little adventurers in your group. For the more competitive souls, we've got basketball and tennis courts where you can challenge your fellow vacationers to a friendly match.

Attractions on International Drive, including Ripley’s, Wonderworks and Fun Spot America amusement park can be reached in about 35 - 40 Minutes.



The I-4 highway is nearby, meaning Busch Gardens is 75 - 80 Minutes away driving east towards Tampa and Kennedy Space Center is 65 - 70 Minutes away to the west. Florida’s award-winning beaches, including Clearwater, Cocoa, Daytona and Siesta Key, can all be reached in as little as 95 - 100 Minutes from here.



Other Things to Note:

*IMPORTANT NOTE*

• For smooth and secure check-in, all guests must complete the Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is complete. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

• Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

• Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• There is a centralized AC/heating. You may adjust the temperature of the unit to your preference using the thermostat located on 2nd floor at loft area between room 5 and 6 Please do not set the temperature below 72F or it’ll damage the air conditioner.



If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets less than 60lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets )

• A pet fee of USD 129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of USD 129 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.





Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night per service or $59/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

• "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $39 (one-time fee)

• Highchair for $29 (one-time fee)
