”The staff were courteous on arrival and gave us a tour of the beautiful building before showing us to our room. The house and surrounding environment were superb. The room was comfortable and clean albeit a little too warm at night.
Our breakfast was tasty and varied served by a very polite young lady.
We enjoyed our brief stay very much and would recommend it to others. ”

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”

”Amazing hotel, adequate spa. Whilst the pool is slightly warmed it quickly turns cold and it is missing a jacuzzi badly. Service in the hotel is second to none, every meal was lush and breakfast especially good. All the staff were courteous and prompt with any request. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat, just leave the trunks at home.”

”First time at this hotel. Would stay again. The hotel is beside the M62 we were in a room other side of hotel and didn’t hear the motorway at all. The room was big and clean. Bed comfortable. Tea & Coffee in room and a great little dressing table area. The hotel shares the car park with the Nags Head (which is a lovely pub great food) it’s also near a good Italians Da Sandro and Toby Carvery. Easy to get into town Huddersfield or Halifax. Good value for money ”
