”I got a room that is suitable for disabled people. Bathroom wasn't really nice. Room was also one of those rooms that could be connected to the other room. Too bad that it also meant that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine. Not nice to hear loud voices in the middle of the night. When I mentioned that while checking out, the lady in the reception said that because I booked through hotels.com I didn't get that good room. Should book directly from the hotel, she...

”Great staff, good location but can be noisy late into the night and early morning due to the surrounding venues, which affects your ability to sleep. Soundproofing could be better. When it’s full service can be slow, we waited 45mins for our breakfast order which was not a great experience, although the food itself was great.”

”Great value for money, good location.
Our room had clearly been recently refurbished. Beds were very comfortable with spotless white bedding.
A couple of minor points: coat hooks would have been handy, the sockets by bedside tables did not work.
We were disturbed by a noisy neighbour, sound insulation between rooms is not great.
However for what we paid I think it was excellent value.”

”The hotel itself is great
The location is right in the heart of the city with a lot of bars/nightclubs outside. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and got no sleep until the clubs closed. We may as well have been in them the music and noise was soooo loud. They don’t close until after 5am !!!!
Some might like that but I now very sleep deprived - don’t book here if you need a nights sleep
If you can go without then it’s a great hotel”

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”
