”Overall, we had a good experience. We have a family of 5, and the property states it sleeps 6. However, this was a very tight squeeze. There are only two beds and an air mattress. The space does not fit an air mattress comfortably without moving furniture around. I think 4 is a more realistic number but crowded beyond that. ”Property was as advertised, clean and convenient. A friend and I stayed for 4 nights during the Big Ears festival. Most music venues were within a five to ten minute walk. Some, like Boyds Jig and Reel were across the street. The Standard and the Mill and Mine were a two minute walk. Be forewarned the railroad is 40 feet from your residence. If you are a light sleeper, this is not a place for you. I liked that there were 2 separate bedrooms with full shower and a third bathroom downstairs. Good...

”We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Mid Mod. The place was clean with a nice sitting area and kitchen. We would definitely stay here again when we visit our daughter at UTK. You cant beat the location.”

”Exactly how it looks in pictures. Very clean and everything you need, including laundry. Location was not in the best area, but it worked for our stay.”

”This property is actually located very near to a great part of town...very near. For the price of this loft, I was expecting it to feel and look more like the photo online. This place was not in very good shape. It smelled a little dank, the flooring did not feel very clean, area rug was curled up at the edges and worn. ”We booked a trip to Knoxville to settle our son in for a college internship which unfortunately did not end up working out. We stayed at the farmhouse loft and it was absolutely beautiful. The decor was perfect, the place was very clean. The owners put so much detail into it. It is more than well equipped with the most thoughtful touches, down to the welcome message on the board in the living area. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for your hospitality!”

”Gorgeous property that is in a great location to walk to restaurants. We traveled with 2 teenagers, one slept comfortably on the couch and the other slept on the provided air mattress.”

”The stay was awesome but the door code didn’t work. Finally got ahold of the manager to change it. Took 5 times of changing the door code to finally get it to finally work. Took over an hour to get in the room which upset me and the group a bit. But that’s the only negative I have to say about the trip.”
