”This is a terrible place to stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and the second morning we found a live GERMAN COCKROACH! We took it to the front desk and showed them and the lady at the front desk was immediately questioning us on how it got there. We had to go buy large trash bags to bag all of our belongings so we didn’t get roaches in our house. We tried contacting the manger via email and the front desk tried contacting her. We have received no response from the manager at all or any type of...

”Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helped us with restaurant suggestions for dinner. Our room also had a couch, mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast had a variety of options.”

”Stayed a night with our dog. The room was quite nice, carpet was outdated but I guess these are the rooms they reserve for people travelling with pets. Breakfast was ok and free. Very friendly staff!”

”Rooms were spotless, and the front desk receptionist was kind and helpful both at check in and check out. We plan on using Tru by Hilton again in the future. There's none out there as unique and enjoyable! Thank you for the extra attention to details!”

”Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. ”

”Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon.”

”YOU’LL never see me stay there again. No elevator!!! It smells so badly!! I can’t even describe the smell to you, at least not without making myself gag. As soon as you pull up to the property you'll see that there’s a huge chunk of the roof torn off, where a big rig must’ve hit the roof and ripped it off.. It’s sitting on the side by the front door you’ll see it when you walk-in if you don’t trip over it Everything was dirty. My room was dirty. My sheets were stained. My towels were...

”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”

”Odd layout to get around. It was under construction and off season when we were there. Breakfast was good and plenty of parking”
