”Wasn’t made aware of the construction taking place on almost every floor. A gentleman was handing out champagne to guests as they arrived. My wife and I were not offered any. I imagine it was because we were dressed in artists athleisure wear. Felt a little profiled based on that interaction.”

”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”

”My room was huge and loved the extra make up counter. The bed was very comfortable. Very convenient to downtown! Front desk is always so welcoming. Big lobby and the cafe and bar were nice, they just take a little bit of time, so if you are in a hurry this maybe isn't the best option. Overall the location and size of rooms are worth it.”

”I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. This may not seem high praise but I rarely travel so it's higher praise than you may realize.”

”Extremely disappointing that parking was so expensive. Valet would have been cheaper than parking in the garage right next to the building. The main entrance was under construction but never disclosed to us so we had to walk through the starbucks and restaurant that doesnt have manual doors with the dolly. The alarm went off due to the shower heat. Disappointing due to the price we paid.”

”Outstanding value for money. This hotel easily beats the competition with its superior breakfast spread and a fantastic saltwater pool that stays open late. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!”

”Tough to find parking but overall a lovely place to stay when visiting Knoxville. The bar attached is an amazing place to get a late night snack and drinks and the staff is amazing there. Would definitely stay again!”

”Nice newer hotel. Room overall was comfortable however sink area and bathroom offered little counter top space. Also shower controls were hard to reach and not get wet turning on the shower. Whomever planned the space didn’t take that into consideration. Perhaps reverse the shower doors to better access shower controls.”

”It was a nice property and the staff were great. However, the carpets were disgusting. They needed cleaned badly. This made the room feel unclean but it wasn’t. Hopefully they get them cleaned soon.”
