”Im not sure what you are paying for . . . You are on the same street as other 3-4 star hotels. There was nothing that stood out about this hotel. The staff was okay. The room was unique. One irritating thing, there were no clear signs for pricing on the fridge or near the snacks. And I assumed for $500+ a night in knoxville, a bag of chips and a coke would be complimentary. I thought that was part of what you were paying for. Again. Nice hotel. Staff fine. Bed was weird though. And ill also...

”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”

”Stayed in this fun hotel for one night on our way to Charlotte. It’s right downtown and very close to UT Knoxville. Walked across the street to a fun restaurant. Staff was super helpful, hotel was very clean. The rooftop bar is a must as the views are good and it’s a fun place to hang out. I highly recommend staying here.”

”There was construction right outside my window that started before 7am. I would check to make sure that construction is complete before staying here. It was so disruptive and noisy.”

”The property was in a central location to downtown. The room was very clean. Even with the construction, it was not a major disruption to our visit. Only issues we had was elevators were not working properly. On Saturday evening there were 2 of the 3 working and by Sunday morning during checkout, there was only 1 but the staff were generous to allow us to use the service elevator so we could get checked out and get to our appointment on time. ”I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here while visiting UTK. It was clean, beautiful, and the amenities were great. It’s a little bit secluded from traffic, which was very nice for someone noise sensitive like me. I had zero disturbances through the night. The AC kept me at a comfortable temperature. Lots of dining options around. I got dinner at an Afghan food truck down the road. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was probably pretty normal for hotel food, nothing special, but I appreciated...

”This is a basic hotel/motel which is dated and quite old. We stayed because of its proximity to the I-75 and because it’s pet friendly. Cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, really needs to be improved. Staff were helpful, but were run off of their feet. Breakfast was surprisingly good, given the price of the room. No eggs, but Belgian waffles, etc. Area was relatively safe. Restaurants were nearby, but we drove to a mall about 2 miles away as there were many more choices. Parking...

”The breakfast was excellent, and there was a nice, spacious seating area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was the shower pressure was low and the water was lukewarm at best. If you love a hot shower with good water pressure at a hotel, this will be a disappointment.”
