”Im not sure what you are paying for . . . You are on the same street as other 3-4 star hotels. There was nothing that stood out about this hotel. The staff was okay. The room was unique. One irritating thing, there were no clear signs for pricing on the fridge or near the snacks. And I assumed for $500+ a night in knoxville, a bag of chips and a coke would be complimentary. I thought that was part of what you were paying for. Again. Nice hotel. Staff fine. Bed was weird though. And ill also...

”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”

The location is a major highlight—within close proximity to excellent restaurants and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus, making it very convenient whether you're visiting for business, a game, or just exploring the area. ”Stayed in this fun hotel for one night on our way to Charlotte. It’s right downtown and very close to UT Knoxville. Walked across the street to a fun restaurant. Staff was super helpful, hotel was very clean. The rooftop bar is a must as the views are good and it’s a fun place to hang out. I highly recommend staying here.”

”The property was in a central location to downtown. The room was very clean. Even with the construction, it was not a major disruption to our visit. Only issues we had was elevators were not working properly. On Saturday evening there were 2 of the 3 working and by Sunday morning during checkout, there was only 1 but the staff were generous to allow us to use the service elevator so we could get checked out and get to our appointment on time. ”This is a basic hotel/motel which is dated and quite old. We stayed because of its proximity to the I-75 and because it’s pet friendly. Cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, really needs to be improved. Staff were helpful, but were run off of their feet. Breakfast was surprisingly good, given the price of the room. No eggs, but Belgian waffles, etc. Area was relatively safe. Restaurants were nearby, but we drove to a mall about 2 miles away as there were many more choices. Parking...

”This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”
