”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”

”I booked this hotel for a two-night stay but checked out around 5 AM the first night because the room conditions were unacceptable. The room was not just unclean—it was clearly not serviced at all. The sheets were stained and not properly fitted. The floors were visibly dirty with debris throughout, and none of the surfaces appeared to be wiped down. The parking lot was full but easily accessible when coming and going. Breakfast was a typical continental buffet/self serve but staff was available to answer questions or assist guests and always more smiles on their faces!”
