We provide several different types of essentials to start you off during your stay! Depending on the length of your trip, you may wish to purchase additional items as needed. We start all our guests off with:

- Kitchen essentials: dish soap, dish brush, dishwashing pods, paper towels, salt & pepper
- Coffee essentials: ground coffee, coffee filters, K cups, coffee creamer, and sweetener

PARKING: There are several options for paid parking. Please ask about these options when you book for further detail. Once parked, there is no need to move your car to explore downtown-- nearly everything you could want is within walking distance of the home!

STAIRS: This is a two story penthouse condo with three flights of stairs to navigate to reach the home. There is not an elevator onsite. There is one flight of stairs to get to the front door of the condo. Once inside, there is another flight of stairs to get to the main floor. The main floor of the penthouse is technically located on the 3rd story of the building. The second floor of the penthouse is accessed by another flight of stairs, and is technically the 4th story of the building. Please keep this in mind for your group when reserving this home.

PARTY DISCLAIMER: We respect our neighbors and have a ZERO tolerance for parties. Unless you have received written permission, any unregistered guests will constitute the beginning of a party, and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund. Quiet hours that are not respected can result in immediate cancellation without refund. Your account will also be reported and may be banned from the booking platform. Furthermore, we will pursue any and all legal measures afforded to us by law (in combination with the booking platform company) for any damage. We want our guests to enjoy our home to the fullest, but this is NOT the place to have a party. We appreciate your cooperation.

NOISE: This part of downtown is the best of both worlds. You are in the heart of downtown; however, this is a quieter part of the street. Noise should be limited; however, please know that you are in a downtown environment and should expect typical city noise.

SECURITY CAMERAS: There are two exterior camera onsite. These are located over the front door and another over the rooftop deck door facing the patio area. Cameras record audio and visual. Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home.


TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.
