”David's an excellent host and his place is great. I'm reluctant to tell too many people because I feel like it's a hidden gem. I brought my 10-year-old kid to Knoxville for the first time and we used David's place as basecamp for East TN adventures. ”Fantastic Iocation, you’ll struggle finding a better price in the Old City. Great parking right next to the property. Super clean. Would have liked more descriptions on where to find the front pin pad and how to find the condo, but was not hard to figure out at all.”

”Very nice spot, a bit noisy on bar nights and with the train tracks next door. Was not an issue for us. The second bed in the common area is a pull down Murphy bed, which was very comfortable and much better than a typical sofa bed. I slept well!”
