Our room was the closest to the reseption so we could hear the talking easily. We could hear the fountain next to our room and receptions music in our room durong the day but they close them durong the night. Otherwise quiet, no car or bar noice. Couln’t get hot water in the evening, all though didn’t matter to us after a hot day. Wasn’t ice cold either. Clean room. Comfy bed. Did a bed bug check - no sightings. No towel racks or hangers in the bathroom.

This hotel is beautifully designed. The room was big enough, clean and comfortable. The service was good, breakfast was ok and the pool was really nice.

Erittäin siisti ja mukava hotelli! Tilavat ja kauniit huoneet. Miinuksena aamiaisen rauhattomuus pienessä tilassa 5. kerroksen uima-altaan vieressä. Tuktuk-asema on melkein vieressä, joten liikkuminen on helppoa kauemmaskin.

I have made several trips to the Patong area, and I can say that this hotel was by far the best overall experience I’ve had. The location is excellent—within walking distance of everything, yet tucked away on a small side street so that no noise from the surroundings reached the room. We paid some extra for a room with access to the pool and it was worth every penny. Room was tidy, bed was just perfect. Location was great. Close to the airport 5min with taxi. No aircraft noise whatsoever. Bicycles available - check brakes before driving! Beach is one of the cleanest and most peaceful in Phuket. We stayed for a week, very pleased! Staff was friendly.

Hotellet oli hyvällä paikalla lähellä kaikkea. Henkilökunta tosi mukava ja auttava. Aamiainen 10+. Meillä oli hotelli huone ei bungalow eli ihan ok. Bungaloovit oli mun mielestä liian keskellä kaikien ohi kuljettavissa. Illalla kuului kyllä kaupungin yölelämä.

Really comfortable and reasonably priced ”four star” hotel not far away from Karon beach. Service and friendliness of staff was superb and overall this hotel was well equipped with a rooftop pool area, nice restaurant and massage service, too. Studio room was spacious and and air conditioning was working perfectly. I can recommend this place to anyone.

Aivan ihana resortti. Pidän uima-altaista, joten olin taivaassa kun vaihtoehtoja oli 5. Upeita altaita ja jokaisessa allasbaari. Hotellin aula ja check-in oli ikimuistoinen! Henkilökunta otti meidät vastaan erittäin lämpimästi ja he saivat olomme erittäin tervetulleiksi. Huone oli super kauniilla näkymällä merelle, josta näkyi auringonlasku kauniisti. Huoneessa oli kaikki mitä tarvitsimme ja se toimi hyvin. Aamiainen oli fantastinen; paljon vaihtoehtoja joikaiseen makuun. Ainoa ongelma aamuisin...

Viiden minuutin kävelymatka kentältä, jos on aikainen lähtö niin on erinomainen vaihtoehto tulla illalla hotelliin ja kävellä aamulla kentälle .

I really enjoyed my stay at Royal Phuket city, rooms were clean and staff was so polite. And what an amazing gym this hotel has, you can workout every muscle movement here.

Good basic hotel. Holiday inn hotels are quite fool proof hotels if you can’t find anything else. Good customer service and location👌
