Toinen kerta tässä hotellissa ja olemme edelleen todella tyytyväisiä.Yövyimme omassa suite bungalowssa rannalla, johon meidät upgradettiin pienen sekaannuksen vuoksi. Ihanaa! Bugalowssa oleskelutila, makuhuone ja iso kylpyhuone. Kaksi tv:tä. Edellisen kerran olimme deluxe huoneessa, joka oli myös ok. Hotellialue iso ja siisti. Kaksi uima-allasta ja oma ranta-alue, ilmaiset rantatuolit. Ei aallokkoa. Palvelut lähellä (kauput, ravintolat jne.). Hotellin toinen pää rannalla ja toinen pääkadulla. Iso alue. Lähellä lentokenttää ja siksi lentojen melu kuuluu tosi kovaa. Aamupala hyvä ja monipuolinen. Henikökunta ystävällinen. Kuntosali iso, monipuolinen laitevalikoima. Huonopuoli maksullinen internet. Parasta tässä hotellissa on uimaranta ja hyvä sijainti. Suosittelemme!

At check-in, our room didn’t match the photos that we had booked, which was frustrating and not a great start to the trip. The manager, May, did an excellent job of finding a solution for us, which we highly appreciated. She was definitely the saving grace. But I wouldn’t come back or recommend the hotel. For the money we paid VS what we actually got, it was a let down compared to the rest of our trip/ hotels that we stayed at. Front desk staff were “hot and cold”. Some were helpful, others looked miserable. The property itself is quite big, which is nice, but the pool areas always felt a bit over-crowded. Breakfast was average at best, and at 750 THB p/person, not worth it. The beach access was nice, it’s great if you have kids as the property backs into a lagoon. Overall, I feel the hotel is overpriced for what you get and I’d strongly encourage others to shop around

Great location in central Samui, walking distance to all the markets. The room was clean and spacious with an amazing view of the beach front. They also upgraded our room which was a bonus. Staff were friendly.

The upgrade was wonderful! The superior room is spacious, bright and with modern furniture. The beds are really comfortable. The whirlpool on the terrace is gorgeous. The breakfast really various and the food high quality. The personal does his best to satisfy one's wishes. During our staying (end December, beginning of January) there wasn't a proper beach, because the see came almost till the swimming pool wall. But the see was still enjoyable. I can strongly recommend the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Our room was spacious, steps to the beach, both property pools, and the restaurant. The property has wonderful walking paths through lush vegetation and the koi ponds are terrific water features. There is a small but very functional gym and many relaxing settings to kick back and relax. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be booking again for our next Koh Samui trip.

Das Resort ist einfach perfekt. Einzig kleines Manko sind die Flugzeuge die über dem Hotel aufsteigen. Man gewöhnt sich schnell dran 😁 und ich würde immer wieder hin. Anlage top, Pool top, Strand top, beste Restaurant am Meer.

We had a deluxe beach view room and it was lovely waking up to the sound of the ocean. Staff are brilliant and property itself is lovely. The only (minor) negatives are that the bars close at 2300 - even an extension to 0000 would have been nice. Also, the last shuttle into Chaweng beach is at 1900. Again, if that ran a little later, that would be great. You can walk into Chaweng in about 15-20mins though. Food was very good and beds very comfortable.

Med det priset som det kostade per natt, hade jag förväntat mig en väldigt mycket bättre standard. WiFi mycket dåligt och frukostpersonalen samt en del andra i personalen var otrevliga. Deras SPA avdelning var mycket bra, men utöver det så är det inget ställe som jag rekommenderar till det priset dom tar.

Very disappointing for so many reasons, mainly a total lack of customer service. There are far better hotels in Chaweng in this price bracket.

これ以上にない好立地
チャウエンビーチ沿いのもっとも賑やかなエリアに立地しており、徒歩圏内になんでもありとても便利。朝食はビーチに面するレストランで気分がよいし、プールも十分の広さでベッドもパラソルも十分に用意されている。スタッフは笑顔でサービスしてくれてホスピタリティを感じる。しかしながら、ホテル内は老朽化が激しく、滞在中、ジャクジーの水道管が破裂したり、お湯が出なくなったり、断水することもあり、友人の部屋も同様だったので、日常的なメンテナンスができていないと想像できる。時々起こるハプニングを楽しむことができればおすすめします。

ジャグジーの不作動、水やお湯が出なくなる。 エアコンも突然動かなくなる等と施設の不具合は多数でした。 スタッフ、ロケーション、利便性はとても良かったので施設の不具合が残念でした。

I booked the Premier Room, it is huge but they did not good use of the space, so the whole room feels big and empty (didnt sleep well for the first 2 nights because of mosquitos). suggest to book the normal room instead. did not receive discount on F&B too. overall still recommend this hotel because of location and efficient staffs

立地 チャウエンの中心近くのため、ナイトマーケットやコンビニ、レストランが近くいい場所でした。セントラルサムイショッピングモールは少々遠かったです。 ホテル 少々古く水道が弱いのや排水が弱いのは仕方がありませんが、敷地内の雰囲気はよくリゾート感があり良かったです。ホテルの正面ビーチはウニが多く海水浴は出来ません。チャウエンブリリゾートホテルのほうまで行けば大丈夫です。 プール 敷地内に2箇所あり、広くはないが深いです。2ｍの場所もあり。時間により込んでいるときは狭いです。

Had a great 8 night stay at the Chaweng Regent. Area is great, probably best area of Samui to stay IMO, lots to do as well as lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff where excellent. Breakfast buffet was great and they make a good coffee. Pools are excellent, property is also right on the beach. Rooms where very clean and property well maintained. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade to the Royal Suite which is spectacular. Highly recommend this property. Enjoyed every minute there.

10 out of 10 would stay again. We had one of the new beach villas with ocean an ocean view. It was spectacular.
