”We had prepaid our room in full. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist charged our card for the accommodation. He didn’t tell us that he is charging the card. We thought that the card was swiped for incidentals. We called the reception to ask why this was done. He claimed that he had not charged the card and no apology. We get a message when something is charged on the card. On the day of the departure accounting department said that they will remove the charge. It took more than 2...

”Stayed here for the first time. Bath tub had stains and looked unclean to me. Not sure if they provide Shampoo, Electric Tea Kettle, Iron Board but for my need it was lacking.”

”My only issue was with the noise in the morning. Starting at 6am it was doors slamming constantly. Mostly by cleaning staff. Otherwise a great place to stay.”

”The room was not vacuumed or swept, there was dirt on the ceiling, walls and doors, even after I had asked the front desk to have someone come they only came to make the bed. The fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling and didn’t look like it was working at all. The front desk was polite but assured me someone had cleaned the room. I recommend paying more to stay somewhere that actually takes cleanliness as a priority. The walls are also very thin you can hear lots from the rooms around you.”
