”We stayed here last year when it was Southern Oaks and they had dog beds and dog bowls in some of the rooms. Now that it's Quality Inn, all of that is gone. They have a fenced dog park but the grass was so high I could hardly see my chihuahua. There was no poop bags where there was supposed to be and the garbage can at the dog park obviously hadn't been emptied in a while. We were staying for 2 nights and our room only had 2 towels. The pool was a decent size but it had a lot of trash floating...

”Check in clerk was friendly. No body wash in shower. Aggravating. At 3 am, we discovered the air conditioning was not cooling properly. Since we checked in at almost midnight, I was too exhausted to deal with it. For a quick overnight, it was safe and the bed was comfortable.”

I didn't like that I had to ask for facial tissue and new towels since housekeeping does not come each day to make your bed and change towels. Also at breakfast, 100% whole wheat bread options would be good for diabetics.”

”Great place to enjoy the beach. Shocked how many small children were there. Was hoping for more of an adult experience, but the property is amazing, the views were incredible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only negative I have to say is the quality of the food in their restaurant. Had some iffy shrimp, lobster bisque that tasted like cheese whiz, and nachos that had a plastic flavor to them. Otherwise, it was an amazing experience. Will be back!”
