”This was perfect for our annual Aug Bday bash with family. Knowing that it is a Historical Home will help with expectations of age of the home and we enjoyed that the owners kept that vibe. Yes, there could be some upgrades but, for our group, that was part of the charm and the experience. Had great communication before/during/after the stay.Pros: Lots of room for privacy yet areas for group time (we really enjoyed the large dining table) - location is ideal; between beach and downtown - kitchen...
